Chick-fil-A 6th & Congress

They can get super busy at lunch time on weekdays, but always have my order on time. A good place for a cheap and good work lunch.

For a downtown location at 11pm they were very busy and still quite efficient with getting orders. The food was hot and fresh and I truly appreciated that and enjoyed my food.

Good food, almost no line, and if there’s is a line, they’re fast. Always enjoy eating here, especially since everything else around is pricey.

Excellent service. The employees are friendly and have great work ethic. If you are downtown during the lunch hour rush and looking for a quick and decent meal I highly recommend.

Make sure you get all your food before leaving or they won’t call out to you again …. The icecream is good you should eat it in the building because when you go outside into the hot air it melts realllllyyyy fast.

It’s a chick fil a! What else to say, it’s good as usual! It is on a busy street so parking is DIFFICULT and there’s no drive thru

Today my bank was unexpectedly down (cash app) when I went to pay I was thrown off that it wasn’t going through. Me and my kiddos were having a day out, we’d been at the springs all day and were super hungry, mind you I don’t have a personal vehicle so we took a Lyft to the restaurant. After so many times of attempting the payment A Team member named Leo ♌ stepped up and just paid for it which was also unexpected!! I couldn’t believe that, that happened to my family, I’m a single mom and it just means the world to me that he was so kind hearted to do that. Thank you Leo ♌ Thank you to the store team for making us such a delicious meal and treating us with so much care.

Very busy restaurant but they get the orders out fast friendly polite staff.

I have never been to a chick fil a downtown but this one was pretty great. Tons of cops eating inside too so it felt very safe.

Love Chick-fil-A. Clean for a fastfood restaurant and food is delicious.

The workers there are super nice and also great at what they do while always trying to deliver your order promptly! It’s also not dirty so def a big plus :).

My friend and I went to SXSW on my birthday. I thought the restaurant would be busy & full at 7PM but there was only a few people and no line. A friendly female staff took our order and wished me a happy birthday, which I thought was nice. But then when we got to our seat, I noticed she gave me a free cookie! ❤ My friend and I was already happy with the service beforehand but getting the free cookie sealed the deal! It helped get our first SXSW started to a positive start! Please pass along my thanks since by the time we were leaving, the restaurant started getting busy.

This Chick-fil-A location is impressive, especially given that they only recently opened. It is clear that a lot of effort was put into hiring a and training a team to deliver high quality food and service from the very beginning. Definitely no issues with understaffing during busy lunch hours, and food is delivered promptly with employees checking the dining room constantly offering to take away trash, refill drinks, etc. Nothing but good things to say - come check it out!

If you're downtown in the evening and hungry, this is a hidden gem. They have a clean and uncrowded lobby, clean restrooms, and above average quality/service for their brand.

I gotta say, I have never had a bad experience with chic fil a. No matter the location i always leave happy. But man I gotta tell yall...the individuals who are working at this location... bravo yall. I had like 20 minutes til my bus was gonna show up and saw a group of people talking and ordering through the walk up window so I figured I'd give it a shot. Even though it had to have been close to closing time (which I apologize for, I work in a kitchen too, I was just Hella hungry) the young man at the window gave me no attitude, or impatience, and calmly and quickly got my order down and paid for. I swear I couldn't have been waiting on that bus for more than 4-5 more minutes when I hear them calling my name out. Now it was a small order and it wasn't swamped, but there was enough people gathered to assume at least a 15-20 minute order.
Anyways.. I just wanted to let yalls employees know that I think they're doing an amazing job, and as a fellow cook, I truly appreciate the effort yall put forth to make my experience enjoyable.

Great to have a fast food place in downtown. Plus had some seating inside and out. Employees were also very attentive.
