Walmart Pharmacy

What a different pharmacy! I never used the pharmacy before because of all the bad reviews but I heard they recently got a new pharmacy manager and thought, why not? I have had issues with my insurance and explained the situation to the manager. I needed to get quite a few medications and he was great with helping me work with my doctor to make it more affordable. The new staff are friendly too. I truly am shocked at the turn around and I plan on getting my next prescription there. Trust me, give this place a shot.

Can't believe in the very positive changes in the pharmacy service the past few months. EXCELLENT! The staff have even changed to the positive. We especially like when Mr. Billy talks with you about new prescriptions. Appreciate his expertise & manner. BRAVO

I never use Walmart pharmacy before, and for the last year they have the best team with great customer service. Always ready to assist me with all my prescriptions and needs. Billy is the best pharmacist and all his team is rocking. Great job Guys !!!!!!

I came here for some protein powder because my doctor recommended that I exercise more and take more protein to help lose weight, ended up talking to the pharmcist about which one and he was a wealth of information and explained to me about weight loss and spent a lot of time teaching me about calories and all that jazz.

honestly was really satisfied coming here because they were so nice and spent alot of time going thru all my questions

Mahmoud was amazing to work with and filled my prescriptions so quickly even though the pharmacy was really busy. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. Thank you!

I feel that the pharmacy staff and customer service is very good. Dr Billy is an excellent help and helped me a lot.

He even gave me a Fitbit to help with checking heart beats. I really appreciate the customer service from this gentleman

This place used to be AMAZING as far as customer service, knowledgeability and just overall helpfulness.

Huge change in the last year or so.
It’s just ok now…they sometimes answer the phone, sometimes are helpful & Knowledgeable. Sometimes they try to get to you quickly.

Definitely a lower standard of excellence since Dr. Bill left.

Been here for years but probably switching.

P.S. Walmart management…
I’ve called 3 times today for assistance. If someone could pick up at some point that would be great lol smh

Be sure to double check you have received the correct prescription and physically count your pills before you leave the pharmacy!

Slow indifferent service.

I’ll go to the pharmacy for over three years. The new person is very disrespectful no experience.

Totally incompetent pharmacy staff. I just switched to else where. Every time there is a problem. They never have order ready or complete. Last two months they don’t have a common script in stock. I tried for 3 years. Repeating saying ( I am sorry ) is not how to correct incompetence.

Very Poor Customer Service. Arrogant and bossy behavior by pharmacists and staff.Only Low Prices, no compassion or courtesy by the associates towards helping customers. Would never recommend this pharmacy.
