Love this location! It's close to my work around 7 mins tops! I mostly go for lunch but sometimes breakfast. I've never had any problems! Food is always good, fresh & correct! Employees are friendly most of the time. I assume all the negative reviews are just bad timing or employees having an off day etc. Who knows, things happen! I get frappe's alot & have yet to be told the machine isn't working. Give it another shot!

The restaurant is clean, the food is fresh, and most of all: the service there is EXCELLENT. I went in with my daughter, and we were treated to an attentive friendly staff, and two activity tables for children. and there was somebody actively cleaning the lobby when people left their tables. This is my favorite McDonald’s now

Until or unless you've worked in fast food or growing a garden. Please don't talk junk about those farmers or those employees with a mouth full of food.

There’s this employee who’s named Ty, Every time I see him he’s always smiling and filled with joy! He always makes sure we have to best service and makes sure if we need anything else before we pull off. He’s amazing and since he’s been there I haven’t had a bad experience!

Pretty solid location as far as McDonald's go. They've never gotten my order wrong; I feel like that alone merits five stars. The fries are always as good as you'd expect, and the other food items' quality is above average.

Shocking transformation. Now one of the best managed locations I have ever experienced. Tastefully remodeled with attentive employees. Should be a model location for the entire chain.

This McDonald's location is pretty much average when compared to others in the area. However, they have a pretty good customer service and they tend to bring your food faster than in other locations. The restrooms were clean most of times I visited this place. They are both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. No Vegan options are available on the menu. Parking is easy and not busy. You may wait quite a while in the drive-thru on busy hours during the day, but nothing awful.

My newly wed wife and I got greeted by miss Charlene who made our ordinary stop for food, a very pleasant experience and put a smile into our day.

The food was fast and got. There's a table with touch screen games for the kids to play. They had good customer service and we got in and out.

Couldn't believe the great service from the drive thru with a guy name Pat best service at any McDonald's I have been to in this area very professional keep up the great work Pat and thank you

I just want to make it known just how accommodating, kind and very genuine the staff is here. Especially the manager, Justin. I've been a tough spot recently, financially, and due to the fact I don't believe in handouts, and believe everyone should work for what they want. There nothing wrong with asking for, or needing help, but there's a fine line between help and a handout. I tried insisting I trade work, or clean dining room and bathrooms for food, but Justin insisted it was fine, he doesn't mind helping out and hooked me up with a free FRESH meal while I'm waiting for my first paycheck @ a new job.

Super laid back guy, very polite staff who have a visible qualitythey strive for in their work, nice & clean environment for fast food. If you're looking for a kind set of staff and accommodating management, this Mickey Ds is where it's at, the employees seem to enjoy and take pride in the work they do, which coming from someone who has 4, almost 5 years management experience In both fast food and high volume, higher end restaurants; employees still taking pride and enjoying what they do isn't as common as it used to be, or should be, in food business anymore.

I honestly wouldn't mind working here if I didn't already have a job, and as much as I enjoy McDonald's food, I never thought they get paid as much as they should being completely patient while dealing with some of the customers who come thru.

Nice service and great food.

Pleasant experience. Service was good and they were in the middle of a rush. Food was also Hot & Fresh and I special ordered and not one part of my meal was messed up. The either shift leader or Mgr. on duty does a fine job with the crew they have.

The male manager on duty tonight was excellent. He waited on me without delay, in a timely manner, demonstrated professionalism, very friendly and made the best coffee ever. I will definitely return again just because of him.
The restroom was very clean and fully stocked.

I order an iced latte every day, I messed up and ordered a hot one, he fixed it for me even though it was my fault. They are always on top of it here. Malcolm and Marquis have the best service in the drive thru!!!

We just had the absolute best experience at a McDonalds in a very long time! Super-quick drive thru and friendly servers! Great job!

The food was HOT and fresh!

The workers at this location are very rude. The manager is very disrespectful and they never get my order right. I met Ms ROSLYN and she was so nice to me. She made me feel better about patronizing this location. She is always smiling and makes me laugh when I come to the drive thru. Her performance is very satisfactory. She should be a manager because of the way she interacts with the customers..even the kids. The five stars are for Ms ROSLYN, not the restaurant itself.

So thankful to the manager and staff of this location.After several failed attempts to process our payment. he took care of our meal. Afterwards we learned our bank put a hold on our account through the Fraud department for too many attempts

We will never forget his act of kindness and will always go there when we are in the area!

Just wanted to leave a great review. We pulled up at 2:45am and I know they close at 3 to restock. But they were friendly and gave us great customer service. Definitely recommended to friends and family.
