Ms Sharri helped make this a 5 star review. The store is clean and neat. They always get my order right. I tend to make customizations too since I hate sauce. Service is quick as well.

Vicky was the kindest soul and the sweetest most efficient fast food worker I have ever met. She triple checked our order and went above and beyond with her costumer service. She overall made my day so much better with her kindness and quality service she gave us, thank you Vicky.

The woman at the register was so kind and provided my fiancée and I with the best fast food experience we have had in ages. I couldn’t get her name but whoever was working the register tonight at 8:15 deserves recognition!!! Such a strong work mentality and amazing customer recognition.

Good food and quick service. This fast food restaurant has polite servers with good attitudes and a calm atmosphere to enjoy your meal by yourself or with your family.

Great staff, clean restaurant, and fast service!

Just went through the drive thru on 3/14 around 11pm. Super cool guys working there tonight. Super Friendly, funny, and talked about music with me while my food was being prepped. Which, needless to say, was the best burrito I think I’ve ever had from any Taco Bell. You could tell they wanted it to slap, and it slapped indeed. Just got back from a concert so that hit the spot. Give these gentlemen a raise or an extra paid day off at the bare minimum. They’re good people.

Ps - Thanks for giving me enough sauce to survive an apocalypse. My grandchildren's grandchildren will never have to worry about taco sauce a day in their life. (No these won’t go to waste, trust me)

9\30\22 Waited 20 minutes at the drive thru speaker. No response. Probably 20 munutes extra in line 5 cars drove off after waiting time to. I left went to down the road to do something else as no one was in the restaurant from looking in the drive thru window orgoing to the main doors and looking in. There was 2 cars parked next to the building. I went back 15 minutes later and they were taking orders. The only person i know was working was very rude. I asked for the general manager which she stated wss her. Bery rude. Then i stated your the general manager again and she said this store doesnt have one im a general manager at another store. She stated if you want yiur order tell me now or cancel it in the app now. I waited 3 minutes at the window that she wad out of view. She gave me my order i asked what store she worked at so i would never go there and she shut the window and walked away. This is the fort mill store. My order is 976377. Ss i stated the 2 cars were the only cars parked at the building still but she stayed she just got there to open the store as no one showed up. My order first time stated 12:19 on order but that time was not an option. Need friendly employees not rude.

When we walked in we we're greeted with a warm smile. We ordered. And we got way too much food for the money. I looked back in the kitchen and saw a diverse crew all working and focusing on what they were doing and they all seemed well experienced. Everything was fantastic and not to mention clean. Professional, clean, kind, one team, I can't wait to come back!

May 12, 2022. Still the BEST Taco Bell.

After multiple visits, most of the time, they do indeed give the correct number of sauces. (it helps if you spend extra) If I don't, I just go around the drive thru again.

I really appreciate eating here. Hope my business helped. But unfortunately my New Year resolution 2022, I'm eating very little to 0 none fast food and pursuing my goal of getting ripped. So I will rarely return.

But my final words. Out of EVERY SINGLE TACO BELL near North Carolina. You guys and Pineville were the absolute best, nearly perfect! Thank you so much. Hope you have more customers to replace me. Because you guys really do deserve the good business. Farewell.

Always great food and service

Great customer service!! The staff at this location are always so friendly and provide excellent service. This is my favorite location in Charlotte, and let me tell you, I have been to MANY Taco Bell’s in the Charlotte area. The food is always top notch as well!

Getting the food took a little longer because short staffed, with drive thru bumper to bumper around the building!

Highly recommend this place! Professional cashier, fast service and food is as advertised. Five stars is an understatement! Loved it and will always come back when in the area.

Took a little bit longer than expected but the customer service from the gentleman making the food made it worth the wait. Very respectful and kind, will definitely be back.
