Arbys in Fort Mill is great! Friendly staff, food is always freshly made, and the orders are accurate. I tried the Wagyu Burger and it was pretty good! Not amazing, but still pretty good! Glad to have a local Arbys - love their roast beef sandwiches! And the Cherry Pies are the ultimate fast food desert. Wish they were still served hot, as they were far superior before the company got scared to serve the item at a temperature it was designed to be served at……….

Very clean!! And the nice lady Kellie is always the best!!! Super friendly and helpful always with a smile. Always happy to see her working!

Nikki was the absolute best. We normally do not go to Arby’s, but we will be going back. She was more attentive to me and my kids than some 5 star restaurants we have dined in! So kind and genuine. We had the best experience because of her.

Great service, great food, when I ordered they advised a particular item was not available and that there was a given time to wait and asked if it was acceptable which blew my mind because no one is ever that transparent anymore and it was just wonderful and refreshing to see great job

Very clean and good fast service! I wasn't sure what I wanted and the staff recommended I get the brisket, and if I didn't like it they'd make me a different sandwich. I have never had a fast food place say something like that. The brisket was very good and the staff there is amazing!! The gentleman cooking even ran after me as I qas leaving to ask if I liked it. Will be going back 😊 Thanks!!

This is one of the few Arby's located in areas that I live, work, or shop in, I tend to use places that are close to where I have to be anyways. I gave this Arby's 5 stars because they are always polite, fast and friendly service at this location!!! The main reason it received 5 stars is because it's one of two locations that ALWAYS gets my order correct, from taking the order, making it, and making sure they hand me the right bag. I could fill a whole page with reasons why I love it Arby's versus other local Arby's or other restaurants. I do recommend this location of Arby's 100%!!❤❤❤

I have to say Amanda the manager was amazing!! We had placed a order several weeks ago and didn't receive all our food and what we did get wasn't ours and Amanda jumped right in when we came back, mind you several weeks later not remembering who we spoke to about the incorrect order, no longer had our receipt, and accomadated us!! Way to be a leader and set that example for your teammates!!

Went inside to have lunch with my boyfriend. I found the inside to be clean and looked very updated. This is a recently built Arby's and the direction they are going looks positive. Employees were friendly and food was great.

They literally had our order ready in like 3 seconds. We were amazed, food was hot, nice clean dinning room. Wish the arby's locations near me were that nice

They were a little short staffed so it took a bit longer but they were so nice and friendly that I didn't mind waiting an extra minute or two

I've been to a lot of different Arby's but this one the day I have to say was the best run Arby's I've ever been at. the food was hot and fresh the staff was friendly & informative the place was clean the bathroom were clean I have nothing bad to say about this Arby's it was AWESOME!

We just come here for the mozzarella sticks and they are worth it every time!
