Amerigo Italian Restaurant

My first time getting out of the box and trying a different restaurant.

My biggest concern before arriving was the parking since it’s downtown Nashville. I had zero issues with parking. They have free parking for customers and a nice clean parking lot.

I went inside and was told to sit at the bar since I ordered from google. The bartender then brought me a water, very polite of her, she told me it would be a couple of minutes more. So I enjoyed the water and music 🎼 while I waited.

Let me just say… the food was amazing!! I went to centennial park down the street and enjoyed every single bite. MY GOD, was this good. So many different flavors just bursting onto my tongue. WOW!

I really enjoyed every part of this experience, will definitely go back and try other meals.

We enjoyed a delicious “take out” dinner from Amerigo’s. The Walnut and Goat Cheese salad was large enough to share. It was packed full of fresh roasted peppers, roasted walnuts, grape tomatoes, red onion and goat cheese, topped with balsamic vinaigrette. It came with fresh made warm rosemary bread. The star of dinner was the Fig and Prosciutto pizza topped with fresh black mission figs, caramelized onions, Bonnie Blue feta, mozzarella, arugula salad, balsamic reduction. It was fantastic!

We went it on Valentine’s Day and got seated pretty quickly but we made a reservation a day before! The food was amazing! I’m not a very big pasta person but the chicken parm was amazing! Not to mention our server Paige was one of the best servers we have had! She answered every question with patience and she was so sweet and very accommodating. I would rate it a 10/10 experience!

One of the best steaks I’ve have ever eaten. That flavor and that garlic butter sauce. Wife’s lasagna was also out of this world. The meatballs for the appetizer were outstanding. The service and servers are also amazing. Mia was our server and she was on point. Very friendly and attentive. First time here but you can be assured this will be on the list every time we come back to Nashville. Bravo Amerigo.

The food is amazing! Whoever the Italian mama is she has amazing recipes!

Side salad was perfect, nothing too much or little just right. Wonderful service and close by hotels.

Nice romantic atmosphere, dimly lit and excellent servers thar know the menu! A definite return visit for us. I will give Amerigos 4.8☆'s. I never give a 5☆ rating. No place is perfect.

Great Italian food. The sauce on the Veal Parm was amazing.
Make sure you DON'T pay for parking BEFORE going into the restaurant. They should make this more clear about validating the parking. If you pay with the app before going into the restaurant they will not refund you. This should be on their website and their should be a note on the signs in the lot to make you aware to go inside to use their code on the app. Parking was $21 and when I asked them to refund it they said the could not do anything?
That was the only disappointment and reason for 1 star service.

Decided to try try this eatery outside of downtown and was pleasantly surprised at how awesome this restaurant was. We were greeted quickly and seated immediately. The service staff was super pleasant even on a busy night answering all our question. We arrived in time for the early pricing which is was incredible considering it’s the same size serving as the regular items. We both had Caesar salad and lasagne which both exceeded our expectations. If you like Italian food, fair prices and awesome service be sure to check out America.

So we enjoyed the food so much, we went back 2 days later. The first time we had the Fettuccine Al Forno and Lasagne, with a caesar salad on the side. The 2nd time we decided to forego the side salad, had starters (crab cakes, and meatballs) whoa the size of the starters!!! We could barely manage to start the mains (both had lasagne) and ended up with a box to go.

Staff were friendly and it wasn't too expensive, just watch out for the portion sizes!

Genuinely some of the best Italian food I have had in Nashville! Went to this place with my boyfriend and we were not disappointed. The atmosphere was great and very fitting for the setting. Our server was very sweet! Although, we had a bit of an issue with my entree, the manager was quick to make everything right, and I noticed her checking in on her staff as well which is always wonderful to see. We will absolutely be returning 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Great meal! They were great about making my meal vegan. I ordered the chicken acuto, replacing the chicken with a portabello mushroom. It was delicious! Waitress Jenna was stellar. We ordered the mango sorbet for dessert ... HUGE portion, and delicious!

This is one of my favorite Italian restaurants across the USA. It's a definite place we must stop each time we travel around Nashville. I was so impressed in the personal ownership that the manager "Ashley" displayed. She made our dinner into an experience and even shared her knowledge of the city. Most importantly she took her time to genuinely care and get to know us. Let me just say if I was a millionaire or owner of a business, this is exactly who I would hire because its people who make the difference.
The food, quality and price make this a must return to location for us. We enjoy everything about this place and will always recommend it to our friends, family, and followers---totally worth your money and time!

Best Italian I’ve ever had! We had the chicken marsala and lasagna. Food was hot and very fresh with large portions. Service was excellent! Definitely recommend.

GREAT FOOD! We had a party of 8 and everyone loved their food! Service was good and servers were attentive. Do not pay to park, there is a QR code to scan inside the restaurant that gives you 3 hours of free parking!

Older Italian restaurant outside of main downtown Nashville. The only reason I give 4 for atmosphere because our table was a a little unstable, but did not interfere with our overall experience, just something we noticed. The bar area and tables were older. I recommend dining in the main dining area, that area looks really nice and elegant. The food was FABULOUS.. the Rosemary bread and olive oil was the best! Probably the best bread and olive oil I may have had ever. The Lasagna was very good and the sauce excellent with fresh basil and authentic cheese. Salads were fresh and the Shrimp Bisque was very good. Service was attentive and really hustling. I would totally recommend dinning their.

The filet was absolutely delicious. It was one of the best steaks I have had in a long time. So tender, it melts in your mouth.
Parking is behind the restaurant and next door. Go inside the restaurant to scan the QR code to get 3 hours of parking. Don't scan the code in the parking lot. You will need to know your license plate number.

Loved this place! Our waitress, Lena, was so friendly and attentive. The bread and oil was awesome.
I got the 3 cheese tortellini with crab. THE BEST ever! Sooo flavorful! I don’t like spicy stuff and this had just the perfect kick. Not too hot at all. My husband got the Crab Cake Benedict and was pleased with that as well. The shrimp bisque was nothing special but still good. We would definitely come back when visiting Nashville. :)

Love this place. Food is delicious and super fresh, service was over the top and the atmosphere is very relaxing and classic. Recommended 100%. We will come back!

We had a great experience in January when we rented a room for our wedding reception dinner for 20 of our friends and family members. The area was quiet and private, service was quick and efficient. We were able to customize our own menu so we had options and everyone raved about how good the food was. A representative even checked in with us a few days later to ensure we had a good night. I definitely recommend for large groups!
