This store is very clean and ADA accessible. Tumi store associates have always gone beyond what I expect in helping me find the carrying bag I need for travel.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. I purchased a Tumi bag almost 4 years ago and it was pricey. The quality is second to none and standup to my frequent travels. But this review isn’t about the quality. If you buy a piece of Tumi luggage you already know it’s high quality and worth the price. This review is about the after sale customer service. My one bag that is great, but didn’t fit my travel needs was one I planned on replacing. When I went into the store, I mentioned I was replacing a bag for this reason. After almost 4 years of use - they offered me the full value I paid for it toward a new bag of my choice. Insanely good customer service. I was already a customer for life - but now I’m an evangelist for life too!

To make my experience even better, while I was there, they also replaced the wheels and handle on my other piece of luggage because they had seen a few hundred thousand miles of travel. It made the bag feel like new. And this was all at no charge.

I’m blown away. Customer service at this level is few and far between with the companies we interact with. You can’t go wrong purchasing a piece of Tumi luggage - and you can’t go wrong with the team at City Creek.

Tumi sells high quality luggage, backpacks, and bags. Not only are these products durable, but stylish and classic. Their merchandise backed by a decent warranty. During each of our visits, the employees have spent as much time with us as needed. They’ve been knowledgeable and so helpful! I’d definitely shop there again.

I have worked with Michael for years, and he is simply the best. He consistently demonstrates product knowledge, top-notch customer service, and always goes above and beyond for the comfort of the customer. City Creek Tumi is always clean, well stocked, and has everything I personally have ever needed. Happy to give a honest review.

Had the coolest retail experience of my life today - literally. My father gave me his TUMI backpack years ago - complete with his initials on it - and I have logged north of a million miles of world travel with this bag. It's taken on a sentimental value as my Dad's health has been in precipitous decline and it reminds me of him. Despite high miles - it's still a beaut of a bag and only recently did I finally lose a functioning zipper to wear and tear. I shared this with SUZANNE at the city creek TUMI store this morning and she offered to repair the zipper for me. I ran to my car and brought the bag to her - and not only did she repair the broken zipper - she proceeded to repair ALL of the zipper pulls on the bag, replaced the fading initials badge with my Dad's initials, conditioned the leather, cleaned the exterior of the bag - and...gave me a new business card luggage tag! Unreal. Flat out exceeded any and all expectations of kindness, service and courtesy. Rather than up-sell or cross-sell me to a new bag - she recognized the sentimental value of this old work horse - and took the time to rehab it. This is not just TUMI. This was Suzanne representing TUMI. I won't forget it. Kudos Suzanne - you are an endangered species in the retail world! TUMI is lucky to have you. And I'm lucky I had TUMI.

Suzanne helped us with our locks on Tumi luggage we bought elsewhere. She went above and beyond, even though we were not purchasing any new Tumi from this location. She was helpful, professional & knows her Tumi brand well! Thank you Suzanne!! Excellent service! We will return to the SLC location when in need of new Tumi.

I want to start out by saying that the customer service here was incredible. The store manager, Suzanne, was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, personable, and knew all the right questions to ask in order to help me find what I needed. As someone with a decade of store management experience myself, I can safely say that without doubt she is top notch.

The store itself was absolutely immaculate. There wasn't a bag out of place, and the displays were tastefully arranged. As someone whom had never shopped at Tumi before, I was very impressed.

All of that being said, I would like to bring up a serious grievance. I would have given this review a one, or if possible 0, if I could without it negatively impacting the store and staff. The customer service was the ONLY reason that I chose to give this review a 5.

The store was INCREDIBLY hot. I immediately began sweating as soon as I entered, and by the time I finally left I was highly nauseous. I brought it up with Suzanne, and she was incredibly apologetic. She stated that she had made several attempts to have the AC fixed, but had not had much luck.

If the temperature in that location was so high that my nausea caused me to have to leave, I feel terrible for the staff. It is completely unacceptable for a store to be hotter than the summer heat outside.

I would love to be able to go back to finish my shopping, but that won't be happening until I can shop AND breathe at the same time. Hopefully when I return in a few weeks it will have been repaired.

The customer service is exemplary- this location went above and beyond to ensure my previously purchased suitcase could be repaired in time for a trip. Highly recommend this location and Tumi!

Fantastic service. Brought a suitcase in for a minor repair and they went above and beyond in all the extra things they repaired to make it new again. It’s refreshing to experience such great customer service. I’m a customer for life now.

This place has the best customer service. Ellery not only helped me pick out exactly what was right for me without being pushy but was also exceptionally kind and courteous. Love what I purchased and loved my experience!
