Every time I come to this post office every is so nice and helpful it makes it such a nice experience 😊

I had two packages have issues being delivered and the post office found them both and made it easy for me to pick them up! Very happy!

Fast service, good people, never had an issue.

Everyone here works very hard to get mail delivered on time. I've never had an issue with a package at all, going at off-peak times there is often not a line at all. I prefer this location to the East Haven one even though it takes a few extra minutes to drive to from where I live.

This is an excellent post office. The staff is courteous, patient and knowlegable.

I gather most of the 1 star reviews are from people that can barely spell their own names, let alone follow instructions. Many of these poorly socialized people would rather rant at the window clerk than to take a moment to think through the instructions they were just given.
I wouldn't take seriously reviews by the "throw trash on the ground" crowd.

My experience has always been wonderful. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very patient with the customers who may not speak English well or may have several inquiries relative to mailing packages and letters (domestic/international). The employees do a PHENOMENAL job at this location.

I always get great service at this post office. Sometimes the lines are long, but once you get to the counter the service is terrific. Wonderful, friendly staff. The carriers are great too!

I had a group interview in March a month later in May 11-13 had driver safety training Ricky Jones my group interview with Maureen Monaghan after the two day orientation I was set to go to Milford on Pepe's Farm road in which I had trouble getting because of public transportation I got lost trying to find the place so I told all 3 instructors and they told me to try and make it so then I called the Driver Training Skills in structor Mr Louis DeLillo who was rude to me by saying "what do you want me to do" I said was can you give me directions I'm taking public transportation and then hung up on me .So I called Maureen and left emails but never got a response I don't know what else to do I'm trying to reschedule because I still have the mail bag,hat and dog spray thanks they wouldn't let me reschedule for my driving test and all I did was ask for directions I've tried contacting Maureen who never answered my question she didn't even come out her office so I was notified by mail that I was terminated I couldn't have done anything serious the driving test was last on my so I need to talk to someone about this

I don’t know why everyone else had such a bad experience here... the line moved very quickly, the staff was cheerful and helpful, and they even pulled people out of line who were just dropping off or picking up to help them right away. Plenty of parking, too!

Excellent service. Staff is fast, friendly and knowledgeable about any question asked.
