This is a GREAT location - beautiful building and friendly staff. I’m not sure why there are multiple low reviews of this location- I suggest you check it out for yourself. The decor alone is worth a visit.

Parking is easy, and there is a spots for dropping of stamped mail from your car (drive-by box)

This post office has the most amazing staff. The taller gentleman with the big beard that was working the front counter is incredibly professional, helpful and friendly. On my last visit there my husband lost his wallet. He had no idea where he had dropped it at but today it came in the mail from the Dalton Ave post office. That guy was the only person working so I know he found it and was kind enough to return it to us. Talk about going above and beyond. He needs raise asap.

The guy that had assisted me while I was there was super nice and helpful, he seemed kinda new so he may not have had all the answers to my questions, but I'm an engineer and sometimes I ask excessively. I went at 6:30pm and was a bit disappointed when I discovered there was no printer. I practically teleported to the public library and back. I walked in at 7:02pm [just after close] and the same guy recognized me and scanned my package in! I was relieved to get it done today :] Also the people outside nicely informed me of the hours while walking in, so good community too.

I luv this post office, there are handfuls closer to me than this one. But, the staff here are super friendly, my packages arrive to my clients at lightning speed, and the wait times are very reasonable if there is any at all. I also like the drive through mail drop option. I think everyone should go there - even if it means i have to wait a tad longer ;-)

This is our go to post office. There’s a small parking lot across the street. While there’s not a lot of parking, we’ve never not found a spot. Also, it has a drive-by drop which is awesome.

The building is huge and quite beautiful. Service is usually friendly.

This is the main branch of the US Post Office in Cincinnati and is a very handy place when one needs to mail something in a hurry. They have pick up until 9PM and a friendly staff. The building is also an amazing piece of architecture and is worth a look for the curious. This isn't your average Post Office location!

Went there yesterday was mailing a package clerk was very nice was in and out

Loved it. Really convenient just by the I-75. Wasn't busy at all and they have self service kiosk 24/7

I love this building and look forward to every time I get to go here. Everyone that works here has been friendly and helpful.
