Toni was amazing! I walked in for a passport and she told me exactly what to do and I was out in less than 5 minutes! She is knowledgeable, quick and efficient and super friendly!

Excellent. No appointment necessary, just bring your proper documents. Photos taken there, paperwork filled out and signed. Pay and go. No problem No wait.

Took me 5 minutes to do all the paperwork, get the photo taken and leave. Make sure you read what documents you need to have and it's a piece of cake

I had an appointment for processing my passport. This is one of the few locations open on Saturday. I found the staff to be friendly and efficient. Don't expect to get stamps here - it's clearly marked as a passport facility.

Marilyn was such a great help for me and my boyfriend getting our passport! Other Postal offices gave me the run around. She helped us out and did not waste our time! She is patience and very professional! She is an outstanding efficient employee! Thank you again Marilyn if you see this! 💕

Not nearly as bad as everyone seems to think, the employee who helped me was helpful and nice, did not get the "government should shut this place down" kind of impression like the other reviews say. One thing though is that the passport center sign is a bit misleading, it's for regular mail too.

Missed my carrier while I was in the shower so I called the office to see if I could pick it up since I was going on vacation Sunday night. Susan was fantastic and stayed late ON A SATURDAY so that I could pick it up. Thanks again!!!!!

I went here to get my passport. They were the only ones who take walk-ins on Saturdays. They were fast and professional. I got my passport no problem.

Went over the weekend to renew my passport. Very knowledgeable and Helpful.

slow, mildly helpful, the lady helping me looked at me like I was crazy when I told her I received a text from usps saying I had to pick up a package there

The darker complexion male that appears to be the manager is HIGHLY rude with his tone of voice, body language, & facial expressions. He rudely asked the other woman working “what is she doing here!?” (directed towards me.) I explained how a mistake was made on my passport, he aggressively replied “oh well we don’t do passports after 4!” I didn’t see any signs around the building stating such. I told him he didn’t have to get smart elic. We exchanged more words and I left.

Every other employee I encountered had high mannerism & were very well spoken. I’m unsure why that man was so arrogant but i didn’t like it at all!

Ugh I just wish they allowed you to mail something in the evening. This place has no after hours drop off. Come on. Oh and you can’t buy stamps at this post office- and they wonder why the USPS fails as a business.
