no one ever greeted me for two years of coming here nearly every morning (probably because it’s the crack of dawn and i look like a troll) so i almost thought about going to another place butttttt then one day, troy started to say “hey mimi” and “thanks mimi” and i just wanted to say how much i appreciated those two simple words! it truly goes a long way. and now others have started to greet me as well. so thank you :)

It’s Starbucks... unless people had problem with the service, I’m not sure what people are complaining about.

I found the staff very friendly. The establishment was a little dirty, but I’m sure they’ll get around to clean it when they aren’t busy.

And they are there with a smile on their face everyday!
I could have stopped buying coffee there months ago, but I show up every morning as they also make a damn fine latte!

When I’m having a rough week I put in my mobile order and grab my favorite drink from my favorite place. Today was tougher than most and this was the icing on the cake lol luckily, this starbs team at this wonderful location was courteous enough to remake my drink super fast so I could make it back in time for a meeting. They may not know it but these little things go such a long way.

This is by far one of the greatest experiences I have ever had at an establishment. As a military member we are not always as upbeat with all the things going on around us. But I will say this Starbucks with its infectious positive attitude and outstanding service was enough to lift an entire unit. Thank you all for what you do every day.

Excellent location. Easy parking. Most important of all, exceptional service and positive vibes. This location has become my temporary office while my son goes to summer camp.

Was at this Starbucks at Lomas Santa Fe Plaza and had exceptionally good service and pampering (I am a 75 year old man who loves pampering and patience)....I received both from JP and Jordan, and this is not the exception for this location; it is the norm; I live in the neighborhood (at Santa Hidalga, SB) and frequent this particular Starbucks because of I am a picky old man, and they never mind and they say so when I say "Thank you for your patience you always show me'. And they smile and say 'It's my job;' but they always go far past what is expected, and this is what keeps me coming back: I ask for a very unusual coffee drink, made just the way I like it (largest ceramic cup, 3 or 4 Ristretto espresso shots, heated very hot half and half (about two inches only--NO FOAM ! It's not a latte, it's not a breve; it's 2 inches of heated HALF AND HALF NO FOAM! And this day I got exactly what I asked for first try (this is unusual) and was served with a smile and funny banter back and forth, after going through the line with both Jordan and JP everyone was laughing, and my espresso was par excellent, and both JP and Jordan were Baristas Extraordinaire ! I'll be back.......yogi, Solana Beach (travelling from Tucson)......Be Happy, everyone.......

This is by far the best Starbucks in SD County. Service is friendly, coffee is good. This has become my go-to SB.

Favorite Starbucks as it's easy off and on freeway with a great friendly staff of Barista's any time of the day.

There was only 1 server and he got over welmed it was in Vons but he didn't get any orders wrong, and was very pleasant

Best thing about this place is the staff. Always very friendly and engaged when I come in. You can tell that they are working hard.
