Denny's

We recently rediscovered Denny’s while in Roswell, NM. Looking at Google maps for a
Restaurant is saw The Meltdown. Not realizing it was Denny’s until we got there we decided to go in. Patti had the slow cooker meaty melt and it caught us off guard it was so good. I then ordered it in Benson, AZ. We had not been to Denny’s for 8 years…we’re back!

It was a wonderful experience eating together with my family, who was their first time eating at Dennys, and they couldn't believe the great variety of delicious breakfast and dinner plates they had to choose from. 😊

Aleida was a spectacular and amazing server. She came through with a smile and gave us a reason to return. The order was a lumber jack breakfast and a special grand slam for my birthday MAN. The atmosphere at this location was undoubtedly comfortable. As the order was being brought out, i asked a question in regards to what motivates the server to come to work and rh answer was ... providing for their children. In this world today, so much happiness is taken away and in place is rage and loneliness. At Denny's we felt 🤗 welcomed and pleased with the service. I will definitely be returning to this family orientated and diveresed industry. Keep smiling that gorgeous smile Aleida

We got breakfast from one of my favorite breakfast places! Always as a kid, Dennys never disappoints. I requested to my Chocana to have strawberries and I got a lot on top! Very delicious. The eggs were perfect, and hash browns were crispy and golden as they should be. The waitress was very friendly and professional and gave me a great Saturday to start! Thank you staff and cooks for a great breakfast!

We came here on Thanksgiving and everyone who worked here was super friendly and in high spirits. Our server was so sweet and accommodating. We know it can be a drug to work holidays sometimes, but you would never know it here. The food was good. We're so glad that this place is open 24/7.

Late night dinner with a friend. She had grilled cheese sandwich with fresh hot French fries 🍟 and coffee. I had the 9 grain pancakes slam with scramble eggs, turkey bacon, hash browns and the special pancakes with decaf. Delicious!

Food was absolutely amazing had dinner with my family it was a little crowded but we got seated right away and was able to order right away as well love how they accept ebt

The food was fresh, of good quality, and the portions were larger than at many "upscale" restaurants in the area. Save your money and eat here. During my visit, the server was pleasant and funny.

It's my pleasure to write a very positive review about this Denny's spot and its staff and management, just from my anecdotal perspective as a longtime San Diego county resident. Over the years, I've been here at all hours because it's right off the I-5, just around the corner to the Del Mar Fairgrounds, a couple of blocks from the coast and it's open 24/7. I have stopped to work on my laptop and have a real meal or sometimes just to quickly use the "loo" and grab my favorite green smoothie. I also like that they have the news going on a big screen overhead, so sometimes I just grab coffee and catch up. I've witnessed staff serving people from all walks of life, from droves of fair visitors, to the horse racing community, to exhausted middle-of-the-night ride-share drivers, to people who may have no home to go to or have had a few too many drinks at one of the local watering holes, some who seem confused and need a bit of kindness or compassion, or, on weekends especially, families with young kids. At all times, this staff, from my observation, seems to serve everyone evenly, with dignity and kindness. They are very hard-working and efficient. I was told that this staff chose to continue to work during CoVid. I haven't confirmed that but I just want to say, "Way to go, you hard-working souls." There are times when they get inundated and they sometimes run lean on staff. Don't expect perfection anywhere these days. We are in difficult times. But this Denny's is heartwarming and real. For the warmth they serve with the food, and for "being there," I say 5 stars. Shout out to Jesse P., Cindy and their manager. By the way, I also deeply appreciate that they employ older people because they are very valuable members of this team. As far as food, I usually go for the salmon with vegetables or the meat-free burger, the fruit or one of the smoothies. Photos coming. Many thanks!

This has got to be by far, one of the best Denny's restaurants around.

Located by the Del Mar race track, fairgrounds, etc. You can't go wrong at this Denny's. I highly recommend it.

Great breakfast a bit on the pricey side for what you get, but doable. Service was great, very friendly and quality. Would come back any time, hands down.

The server was very friendly. We were sat fairly quickly and our order was taken. The food took a long time to come out. It was DELICIOUS once we got it! Great experience overall

24 hour Best food around. Classy atmosphere, so many menu options, large portions, plenty of seating, friendly fast service.

Food was fresh and hot. Service was AWESOME. Nachos were delish and we didn't expect them to be so good. Highly recommend as an appetizer. Ice tea was fresh brewed and she even gave me a To Go cup when I left.

Best place for breakfast/brunch. I find their omelette and overeasys cooked perfectly and delicious. At this price point, they top the rest of their competitors by a mile!

Denny's #7855 is a great place for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack in between since it's open 24/7 and we've always enjoyed the food here each time. Plus, the service is attentive and you can also order a beer or glass of wine if you like. The all you can eat pancakes are an especially great deal. If you decide to dine here make sure to ask for Eva or Chris since they will make sure you have a pleasant experience for sure!
