Came in few weeks ago just before closing with a flat tire and they put two tires on and got me back on the road. One of my tires was shredded on the center of the tire. Went back today with a appointment and got the other 2 tires on my Ford SUV. Great service and pricing as always!

Better late than never! I brought my 4Runner in for tire rotation and balance. ETHAN D. saw me standing in line and asked me to come up. He wrote the service request AND THEN brought my SUV into the bay himself. I have noticed an appreciable differnce in the smothness of my ride ever since. Thank you Ethan.

Discount Tire in Solana Beach California is terrific! I came in near closing time with a tire that had lost a lot of its air. My first step was to have it checked at their unique and extremely convenient free air check. The young man who was working that job was very efficient and friendly and quickly discovered the source of my trouble: a screw that had found refuge in my tire! I had important travel plans for the next morning and really needed service right then. Hugo, a scheduler, saved my bacon. He got me into the shop promptly; the repair ( which they told would be fine for the life of the tire) was done in very good time; AND IT WAS FREE! Though I had been a long time customer of DT in my home town, this particular tire WAS NOT BOUGHT FROM DT (and Hugo knew that)! I have rarely been as pleased with any automotive service anywhere, ever. I will be a DT customer for life. Not only do they give the kind of incredible service that I have described above, but they have stores EVERYWHERE! That, in itself, is a great reason to choose them. THANK YOU DT!

These guys were outstanding. They had the tires I needed for my Tesla and they took me in right away, even though the garage looked full. The prices were half the price of what Tesla wanted to charge me for the same tires. Plus, if anything happens to them, they will replace them with no questions asked. They quoted me 1 hour for the job (I think that is what they are supposed to say) but they were done in about 15 minutes. I'll be bringing my other car here as well.

Great place. Adam & Nick took care of us. Found 3 nails on my tire, fixed it at no cost. Very thorough, they even polished the tires while I was there. Took time to explain the process to me. Even the manager came over and asked if I was happy with the whole process and if I had any feedback. Great place, top class guys. Thank you Discount tire Solana beach !

I damaged a tire on my Tesla while road tripping down I5 and thought I was screwed. I found this shop, which not only had multiple correct tires in stock, but was able to take me as a walk in on Saturday morning. I was back on the road in under an hour with four brand new, recently released EV tires. Never had such a smooth shop experience before.

On the road for work and got a flat. These guys saved my work day by fixing my flat (for free) and getting me back on the road fast and with a smile. It’s always good to get treated like a high paying customer even if I’m not.

They have provided very good customer service & help me monitor the safety needs of my tires. I've purchased several sets of tires over the years. Nice to have a local, reliable resource.

Exceptional service! One tire on my car was gradually losing pressure. They’ve identified the problem (screw in the tire) and I was ready to go in less than 1 hour (I barely finished my coffee in the Starbucks nearby).

The final bill was $0.00! Unbelievable. From now on I will only work with Discount Tire. 🛞👍

Michelin didn't have the tires that I needed for my vehicle so I ended up settling with the second best tire which I was not happy with. When I wrote a review Jeff immediately called me and told me that he had already talked to Michelin and ended up getting me the exact tire that I needed. The second best tire that I originally got was about $50 cheaper for a set of two and Jeff didn't even charge me the price difference for the better tires. When I arrived at the store there was a line out the door and Jeff called me right up to the front, he got my keys I wouldn't be surprised if he actually pulled a car out of the Bay to make sure mine got in there first. He really took care of me. The whole experience only took about 25 minutes. When discount tire says they're going to do a free replacement they really mean it. I'm very happy with the store and I'm very happy with Jeff. Thank you!! I would recommend this shop to anybody.

I’ve been a customer of the Solana Beach Discount Tire location for almost 10 years. I came in for a routine tire rotation and Jerry informed me that the tread was very low on one of my tires and getting close to being low on the other three. I hadn’t noticed this because my tires were rated for 50,000 miles and I only had 30,000 miles on my Yokohama Avid Ascent G/Ts. These tires perform so well on mountain roads as well as in snow. He offered me significant credit toward getting a new set of tires which I gladly accepted. I’ve always had superior customer service at this location and I’m happy to write this review. Thank you so much Jerry for your positive attitude and professional service.

I came in about 15 minutes before closing with a low tire after working the election polls all day. Tire was clearly leaking air after I filled it the day before, and I was extremely stressed because I need to get up early to work it for the main election tomorrow and would most likely have another low tire when I finished late that day. The attendant took the time to patch my tire so that I'll be able to drive despite them wanting to close for the night. Super greatly appreciate the service I received in this high stress situation! Will definitely go there again after excellent service.

I got a new Porsche and eventually the tires ran down and I needed new tires. After my research I ended up at discount Solana Beach. I was hovering over the parking lot trying to keep an eye on my car. One of the technicians noticed me and walked up to me and asked me if I had any concerns. I said yes I want to know if there's any issues with the installation as I feel you guys are having trouble. He explain to me that the valve stems were too long and that he needed to rebuild the existing valve stems. Therefore the new tires needed to be removed and replaced one more time. I felt relieved. and then another technician came up and started talking to me about my car as well. These are good people up there. If you need tires give them a try.

Holy $hit! WHO does THIS anymore? Came in as soon as my car's TPMS registered a low tire pressure and I confirmed the nail in center tread of the 2k mile new tires on my 2k mile new car. Patrick and the team set me up (without an appointment!) and took care of the nail pull/plug inside of an hour. FOR FREE?! Seriously, I now will not go anywhere else when it comes time to replace my tires. I don't care if I can find a service (or tire) cheaper elsewhere, THIS is exactly what distinguishes the best customer experience from the also-rans. Great stuff, Discount Tire!
