I was pleasantly surprised. I was trying to rush, last minute oil change. They were open. Hadn't heard great things, but my husband truck broke down. He now needed my 23 year old car, used rarely; for highway drive to work, daily. I wanted to baby it. I dropped it, went shopping, came back in hour. Everyone hated me with a smile soon as I pulled up. They did what I asked and went above and beyond. The price was better than most. When I got in my car, they had vacuumed it all out. It looked great. I was extremely happy. I will return.

Hi everyone yes I am leaving now. That’s the store. They are help me one day Sunday my break and pots break and rotor disc is very damaged and we call them and they fix in two hours they already my truck. I am really like it and I will back when I want to make the service for my car. Really really awesome.

My tire pressure was low and when I tried to put air in them it didn't seem to be working, so I swung by a few places all of them telling me it would be a very long wait. Just to do a 5 minute check come on. So I decided to try jiffy lube and the gentlemen there was so nice and helped me right away even though he was working on other vehicles. Shout out to you bro! Keep up the good work. Much appreciated.

I've never had a bad experience at this location. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They do try to upsell, which is expected, but they do not pressure you once you say no. I've been a customer for many years and they've always done a great job.

I made a HORRIBLE mistake and went FAR too long without getting an oil change. The staff was super kind about it. They walked me through everything that needed to be done with my car. I have 0 car knowledge and they made me feel confident in my decision. I will be back for the next MANY oil changes. (And this time I promise it will be on time.)

The guys here were super friendly, not pushy , and more importantly didn't treat me differently because I'm a woman. They were fast and efficient. We will be using them again!

I am impressed with the service at Jiffy Lube in Elkton! I had my oil changed, car vacuumed, windows cleaned, car checked for problems, service was fast due to atleast 5 guys working on my car all at once and most importantly service with a smile! Oh yeah, it was $10.00 CHEAPER than a well known other retailer which I will no longer be visiting any more! I have found my new service center! I just want to tell you...I appreciate all the hard work that each one of you do! Thank you!

My go to spot for oil changes. They're always fast and the staff here is very friendly and helpful. Prices are fair and you can find online coupons that will save you some $$ at the shop.

I went in to ask for an oil change, and that's all I expected to get. Instead of just that they gave me a full inspection. Cleaned my floors, and my back window. Filled my anti freeze for a low cost. Highly recommended, very low wait time. 5 out of 5 stars, never had better car service in my life.

This was by far the best experience I have EVER had getting an oil change. The staff members were friendly, helpful and informative from start to finish and the wait time, or rather lack there of, was INCREDIBLE. I was in and out in about 35 minutes. I have never been to this or any Jiffy Lube prior to my visit today, but I have plenty of experience with oil changes. Hands down this place has the BEST service, experience, wait time and staff I have ever encountered. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I got served really quick. The whole team is really attentive and customer service oriented. Good value. They always run down everything they are doing before I commit to anything. And they even opened my car door for me on my way out. Well done!

Quick job, staff was knowledgeable and very nice. I usually do my own oil changes but the previous owner of my automobile had overtightened the drain plug to the point I could not remove it myself. They noticed the issue too and let me know they'd be sure to appropriately torque the plug to prevent issues in the future.

Stopped in on Saturday July 19th for a oil change. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Even though it was extremely hot outside, the employees continued to take excellent care of my vehicle and the service I requested at a reasonable timely matter. I will definitely continue returning for oil changes at this location.
