They were quick and efficient! I dropped my car off first thing in the morning and had it back by 4:30 the same day. Now my car drives like it’s a whole new car! Thank you guys for taking the time to look at my vehicle. I would absolutely recommend anyone to go to them for any issues.

Dropped my truck off for service on Monday morning and it was finished on Tuesday afternoon. Under my expected price and time frame. This shop In Elkton, MD did a great job in a timely fashion. Great communication from the staff.

The weekend staff is awesome. I had the brake pads replaced 2 mths ago. They were pricey but good service.
Today I went in for a front end alignment. Unfortunately I need more work than that. The guy at the front desk was great. He didn't sugar coat anything, he explained to me what the car actually needs.. I give them a rating with 5+★★★★★'s..

I recently had an oil change done by Meineke car care. Once again I cannot say enough about the service that I received. I have been there before to have my vehicles inspected and I said I would have them do all my repairs in the future and I still stick by that. I have yet to experience bad service from them. Again the guy at the counter was very polite and professional as the last time I was there. The price for the oil change was extremely reasonable. I have had service from other places and they don’t even come close to the service at Meineke. So once again if you’re looking for a company to get great service and not leave bankrupt then go see them. You won’t be disappointed.

I have now been to this business twice. Both times, I received exceptional service. It was easy to make an appointment, which they confirmed the day before and again the day of. My cars were finished the day of, both times. The price was fair and they didn't try to push anything on me (as a female this has been attempted many times). This is so important as a demonstration of trustworthiness and integrity.
I will continue to use for my vehicle needs.

I really appreciate them for all the help! They went above a beyond to get my truck fixed in 2 days when everyone else was telling me it would take a week. Quick, easy, with reasonable pricing.

I have been to several car places in my past I’m 67 years old but when you walk into a place that you don’t know nothing about and you have some customers in there with really nice expensive vehicles they don’t know how much damage it’s going to be they are going to trust the owner of the shop or the mechanics to tell him a truth. A customer had a BMW a beautiful car overheard him talking about brakes for the car when he was called into the back me and another customer look at each other thinking what’s going on now and when he came out and explain the fact that the mechanic told him it was just a wire broken on a sensor but could have could’ve easily charge this man hundreds if not thousands of dollars but they told him the truth that’s what I respect about a place like this and I will always come here

Used this location for the first time after others giving it good reviews. I had a muffler issue. They got back to me quickly with a great price and were able to turn the car around quickly.

This place was a life saver , I was 5 hrs from home and my breaks stopped work and my car was saying brake fluid level low right as I was about the pass this car care center , I pulled in and thankfully on a Sunday it was open ! The guy was so nice and helpful and they pulled it right in fixed it within a hour and half and I was back on the highway on my way home and made it safely ! I also sitting there seen many other customers in and out quickly and satisfied! They need these repair shops all over !!!

Can't say enough about these gentlemen, very professional and helpful. Took my sons car there because of check engine lights one said needs a front end alignment was prepared to have one done and Scott the mechanic said the car is not in need of one. Wow how honest! Shout out to Chris for saving the day! Engine light came on while traveling from Philadelphia to DC for a Phillies game and he was not only able to fix the problem but also get us to the game at the 3rd inning. Amazing service!!! Highly recommend for car maintenance!

I've been coming here for years, bringing all my vehicles. They ate always nice and helpful, so much I refuse to take my buisness anywhere else. It's the people who work there that keeps me loyal. They do a great job and I trust them.

The staff at Meineke in Elkton is awesome. Scott and staff went it of their way to help me when I needed my car fixed fast. Very trustworthy, one of the rare truly customer service first places.

They helped me determine whether to purchase a used car or not. They verified in one hour that it failed so many inspection requirements that the car would be a money pit. Best $90 I ever spent.

Scheduling online was quick and easy, and just as easy to reschedule or cancel if necessary like I had to do. Scott’s customer service is always A+. In quickly and not a long wait time.
