Bruster's Real Ice Cream

The service was great and the ice cream was fantastic. I got some ice cream sandwiches for my grandkids which are so big and good the kids loved them!!!!! The server was very knowledgeable of the different flavors and will let you taste each flavor if you like. Everyone should visit and post their experience.

My boyfriend got me a birthday cake from here and it was my first time trying them and must I say this it’s the best ice cream I’ve ever had in my entire life . It was so smooth and the ingredients tasted so pure and natural, I left my ice cream cake in the bowl and it didn’t melt for at least 15 minutes , the whipped cream stayed stiff and creamy ! I will definitely be back for more products for sure, the fudge ripple in this was amazing thank you for making my birthday great 😊

Staff is always friendly and they take care of their service members. I come here once a week. Great service!! Pistachio is the best flavor.

This was the best ice cream I’ve had in a very long time. The flavors were decadent and creative! The waffle cone was so fresh!! There are so many and they are gracious enough to allow you to sample! The ice cream was rich and super creamy! The coookie crayze was so much fun!!

Was in the town for a night. They were the only ice cream/dessert place open around 10pm. Many seem to close so early in this town. Ice cream was good! Service was good! The small cone comes with 2 scoops!

A sweet and delicious oasis in a desert of culinary medicocrity clogging the Pulaski artery. Stopped with The Kid and were treated to friendly service and top-shelf ice cream treats.
One would be very hard-pressed to find ice cream that could successfully compete with Brusters. This from someone who has won bets eating ice cream and who has eaten it in some of the finest places in the world.

This is my first time there the ice cream taste so good I'll have to look up if they have multiple locations if there's any close to my neighborhood but if you're close to this one go for it. If your trying it for the 1st time the shake is made from the Ice cream of your choosing. I didn't get a receipt but you can mix flavors for your shake. I got a small (16oz, ) and I believe the medium is 22oz., forgot how many oz it is for the large. I also got cake batter and birthday cake in a cup their Basically the same just that Birthday cake has blue frosting and some sprinkles and I does has a bit of crunch to me.

Such good customer service, I had alot of questions to ask and had never been before. I wish I would've gotten the girls name that helped me with our order. Delicious homemade ice cream.

The staff here are nice, polite, and helpful! They were out of the ice cream I ordered but had a suggestion to swap with and, to no fault of their's, I went a chocolate choice instead. Very clean! Some customers were rude but that happens everywhere. Staff here is reason enough to return but then there's ice cream! I'll add pictures after we open it up and enjoy!

It is impossible to go to Bruster's and not walk away with a smile. The ice cream flavors change all the time. There is normally 20 or more flavors to choose from and they are all excellent. Once again as I've said before this is a go out of your way to get their experience and if you happen to just be passing one by turn in. I guarantee if you love ice cream you will not regret it and you will put it on your must-visit list forever

Really awesome ice cream. Got a waffle cone with strawberry ice cream. Have gotten banana split before, very good also.

Love having a chance to stop here. The ice cream is delicious and there are so many creative and tasty flavors. I had 2 scoops -1 of coffee chocolate chip and 1 of pineapple coconut. I recommend both. The window waitress was friendly, kind and helpful.

I enjoy ever time I come for delicious ice cream but can’t get into my account. I submit and continues to tell me oops. But the employees always take my cell phone number so I do get my rewards. Great employees too! Thanks

Brusters is one of the best ice cream places around. The employees are friendly the ice cream is amazing. They have a huge assortment of ice cream flavors and toppings. Sometimes the sizes are a little bit to big but most people wouldn't have a problem with that.

Love that they have free sundaes for dogs! He loved it too!

Absolutely love this place! I always show up 5 mins before they close and they've never made me feel like an inconvenience or been rude about coming so late. The employees are so sweet to my boys (5 & 6 yrs old) and I will recommend the strawberry shortcake sundae hands down AMAZING!!!

I'm lactose intolerant but I love Brusters. The milkshakes are amazing. The flavor variety of ice cream, milkshakes, and other frozen treats are something to behold. They also provide good service to you as you order, which is nice. Highly recommend their strawberry milkshake.

Their ice cream is usually fantastic, but their milkshakes are definitely lacking - too thin and milky.

Thanks for the (unexpected) response! It was the evening of March 9th or 10th at the Glasgow location. I asked for very thick, otherwise I wouldn't complain. Anyway since you have exceptional customer service, I'm changing my review to 5 stars. You guys do have the best butter pecan in the area after all. :)

I've been going to Bruster's since I was little and living in Pittsburgh. When I moved out here to Delaware I was super excited to learn they're out here too! I've never tried a flavor I didn't love, the texture of the ice cream is so creamy and wonderful, and the waffle cones that are made by hand really add that extra special touch. Bruster's is the best pick-me-up I know of!
