Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had an air leak in my tire on Friday and needed it replaced ASAP. I called around to 5 different places and I was only left with Pep Boys or Firestone Complete Auto Care as my options given the timeframe of availability. Pep Boys did not carry Bridgestone tires so I would have had to pay for 4 new tires of a different brand and would have had to get off brand tires to even get close to the same price. Even still, anywhere else that had these Bridgestone tires was at least an extra $80 over the price from Firestone for 2 new tires. Firestone was not only the fastest but also the cheapest in comparison to everyone else in the area. The only downside I experienced was that I scheduled an appointment at 7am on Saturday but the mechanic was not scheduled to come in until 7:30am. He did start with my vehicle and I was out within 40 minutes after he got in. Given the fact that the earliest anyone else had availability to do this service was on Monday at 1pm, this minor inconvenience was very negligible.

I'm always satisfied with the service of Firestone in Middletown, DE. They appear to be honest and won't put or make up anything I don't need for my car. The personal Bill, Dan and the rest are respectful and friendly. Prices are for the most part very reasonable. Thanks for your service on 10/6.

Trace staffing great leadership and is always takes care of me make sure you have your warranty on your tires cuz they do come in handy instead of paying 250 I only paid 140. Don't forget their sales for tires come up on November I will be getting three new tires and the spare.

I would recommend! When I called they were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable considering I had no clue what I was looking for. I was able to get an appointment the very next day for an oil change and 4 new tires. The wait while my vehicle was serviced was quick. Overall, this was a pleasant experience.

Patrick is a real asset! He scheduled my appointment & took extra time to explain repair options and time-frames - all while juggling a full waiting room and busy phones. I really liked that Patrick would give updates to everyone waiting on when their service would be done.

I called at 1pm on a Friday looking to get my oil changed. I honestly thought my chances were slim to none but Chelsea advised me to come in. I arrived around 1:20. They were packed. But all were working quickly. Patrick saved me some money while checking out (awesome bonus!!) and I was back on the road by 2:30. Although they were extremely busy, and sweaty from the heat, everyone there was kind, informative and downright friendly. Something lost in todays society. I will be a regular and this establishment will be my go to for everything car related. Thank you all!

I had to get a state inspection done which was projected to take about 3-4 hours. Within 2 hours I got a call letting me know they were finished. Both employees I worked with were friendly and informative. No pushy sales tactics (I work in sales!) and it was just a very pleasant experience. Appointments for car maintenance aren't always something to look forward to but this was painless. I will be returning for future maintenance and repair needs.

Friendly service with good prices. Their credit card is super useful with its 0% for 6 months. I definitely use their for tires and oil changes cause you get free rotation with the change.

My appointment wasn't until 10am but when I got there at 930 they took me right away and were so fast they had me out 5 minutes after 10am instead of just starting it then. Friendly service as well.

The manager, James was very efficient and professional. Service was started within five minutes of my arrival and completed in less than an hour. The price for my oil change was very competitive and my car is running be as beautifully. I will be back when I need tires.

They are always nice and friendly fast and good. I will no longer go to anyone else but them. They have saved the day for me a while back with tires, they actually had them in stock (no one ever does) and got me in the next day. They are amazing!

I have been going to Firestone for a couple of years, mostly for oil changes and tire rotations. They are always prepared when I arrive for my scheduled appointment and are courteous and professional.

On two occasions I arrived unexpectedly with minor issues which they resolved quickly and at no charge.

The waiting area is always clean and comfortable and the bathrooms are also clean.

Overall my impression is that this is a well managed operation.

My service was very exceptional! It was everything! & definitely exceeded my expectations. My wonderful mechanic was Haile. He was very knowledgeable about what I needed for my car & what I needed to do to keep it up to par. He didn’t try to make me get something I didn’t need (what most male mechanics do when they see a young lady getting her car serviced alone) but he explained everything in a way that I could understand. He definitely deserves a raise!!!! I will only get my car serviced by him & only from now on!!

Patrick is the Man! Quick to help with getting tires for my Mustang next day. He went out of his way to order and pick them up. The other employees were very attentive and helped as well.

If need to go in early b4 appointment they work with you tye best they can.. they have men and women who know what they are doing... been going for 15 years to the Elkton shop . Never had a prob.. they never try to upsell what's not needed. Trustful..

I got there at 430pm on a Sunday, and within 35 minutes that team saved the day. Fixed my tire and got my family and I back on the road trip for vacation. Plus the bill was very reasonable. These guys deserve 6 stars, not 5. Hats off to Brendan, thank you. You guys rock

I went here this month (1/14) for oil changes on each of my cars. The staff was very friendly and personable. I was in an out in under 30 minutes for both visits. They only recommended manufacturer scheduled maintenance on one of the cars and recommended nothing on the other. There was no sales techniques to convince me to authorize unnecessary or extraneous work. I've never been there for more major auto work, but I can attest to their fast oil changes. The only problem I had was the mechanic apparently spilled oil on the engine cover which dripped onto the skid plate. It was clear the mechanic tried to clean it up but the small pool on the top of the skid plate dripped onto my garage floor. No big deal.

After disappointing and expensive trips to other auto shops in New Castle County, it seems I've finally found a shop with honest and knowledgeable mechanics.
