Coffee was hot and fresh! Love the Apple Fritters! Very friendly staff!

My family must go here at least twice a day. Never mess up an order, everything is done fast and they let you call ahead or order online to make it even fast. Very convenient and dependent

Drive-thru mobile order: They were not ready with my order, so I had to move down to the second window. The worker swiftly filled my or and I was on my way. Great recovery!

At first glance you think this place will be a let down or you don't have time to wait. The line was wrapped around the building X2. We were in and out in 7 minutes with fresh food and outstanding service. Major kudos to the Friday morning team.

This location definitely needs a bigger parking lot and assessability for the amount of clients that go to this Dunkin’ Donuts once Dunkin’ Donuts landed in Beavercreek the hype started and it still has not stopped since construction started at this location. This team is exceptional. They always have a great attitude they seem to really enjoy what they do at this location. Many of them are extremely knowledgeable about the different coffees the different items that they carry, the one thing that sticks out for me the most is they know me the moment I pull my vehicle up to the Monitor to inform them of what I would like to order for the day it gives you that Hometown feeling that they care they recognize who you are and sometimes they even know your order before you even say it, you do not see that often at many places that you go to the only downfall I see at this time is that I haven’t gone there for a couple days due to the coffee I normally get seems to be very different. I reached out to the district manager who is wonderful they were going to look into the calibrations of the water versus the coffee grounds and see if they could figure it out the coffee I get now just seems very watered down and not how it used to be so I hope is that they will figure out the calibrations and get the coffee back to where it once was, there’s not enough wonderful things I can say about this location I think they need to definitely be a flagship for many locations out there within the Dunkin’ Donuts community. Thank you for all you do.

Welp, didn't get the discount for the medium cold brew foam rn 2 days in a row, regardless drink was good and I understand certain jobs aren't for certain people who can't put a pretend customer service face on early in the morning, most of the crew was great though just need to put a bit more attention to the people inside the shop aswell as they do to the drive thru 😄

Delicious drinks, very friendly staff. I told them our dog just had her pregnancy ultrasound and they made her a special pup cup! ❤🐾❤

This location is the best! When I ordered this morning they were very busy but kept the line moving fast. When I went to pay I realized I had forgotten my wallet (I have a newborn 😅). They graciously covered my coffee and I was SO grateful. I wish I had caught the employees name so I could give her a shout out specifically!!

I love Dunkin! The donuts and coffee are super! My wife and little girl send me there at least once a week

Great service ! Brand new location, don’t got to the one 1/4 miles south of here that’s shows up on google maps as that is just a gas station that sells Dunkin coffee

There is not a Dunkin in this entire universe that operates more efficiently than this location. I live less than half mile away so I come too often. It’s always busy but they move fast friendly and the order is always right.

It's a nice Dunks. Maneuvering the parking lot can be tricky if drive-thru lines are long. Recommend the sourdough breakfast sandwich. As for doughnus, crullers, Bismarks, and maple frosted are my faves!

Ladies that work the week day morning shift are amazing. They are fast and can move the quickly. Coffee drinks taste great.

Have been here often, they're always very polite and helpful despite it being early or them being busy. Usually get an iced caramel latte with an extra pump of caramel and an extra shot of espresso and it's made well every time! Their pumpkin donuts are also very good.

I adore the people who work at this Dunkin. I frequently visit this as my go to coffee. Everyone who works there is great. Recently while in line to pay I received a call with terrible news that a close family member passed and was in tears by the time I arrived at the window. I was stuck in line so I could not move... when I got up to the window Adam helped me (I went back and asked his name a week later). He didn't even think twice he handed me the coffee and called Sam the manager over to the computer. Without hesitation they both said they didn't know what is going on but to not worry about paying for it and they hoped things got better. Thier kindness has stuck with me, they didn't have to acknowledge the pain I was in but they did and I couldn't thank them enough. Dunkin hires good people and I appreciate those employees and thier kindness especially on this terrible day.
