I have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to health stuff and every-time I go there everyone meets me with open arms and does what it takes to make me comfortable. It’s been a long time since I have found a doctor who makes me feel safe. I appreciate Dr. Taylor and all her staff. They are always patient and caring when treating me.

Best clinic in Columbus by far. Mollie and Nina are a great care team. My children love them and they make us feel like family.
I am not normally one that leaves reviews but my children and I have been seen multiple times with no problems and they have always provided us excellent care.

Love this clinic! Super friendly staff the front desk, nurses and nurse practitioner were all very nice and professional. The process was really easy and quick. I was in and out in less than an hour! That's amazing for a family clinic! Very nice facility and very clean. I highly recommend and will be coming back!

I’ve been utilizing Allegro Plaza clinic for over a year now. Every time I need some medical assistance, I just give them a call and they get me in for an appointment the same day. They are friendly, efficient and highly professional.

NP Taylor was just amazing. She has a very calming, kind, professional vibe. She sat there and listened and didnt just rush me through and genuinely wanted to help me with what im going through which is a HUGE relief. She went above and beyond I will never go anywhere else unless absolutely necessary. Then had blood drawn and literally didnt feel a thing (didnt know that was possible) whoever did that is also really good at her job and very professional. It was very clean and the receptionist were great as well. I dont trust other reviews telling you they are terrible therefore go to "insert Dr Office". Absolutely ridiculous this place has even one 1 star review. Dont be afraid to give them a shot. I dont think anyone will regret it.

Very friendly staff. Awesome attitudes and very helpful. Never had a bad visit them. Be it my son, wife or myself. My son freaks out when he has to have a shot and if I'm not there. It takes all of them to hold him down. But they love on him everytime we go even if they aren't seeing him.

I have seen Mrs.Gillis .if I could give her a ten star rating I would and will. I have been seeing Mrs. Gillis for about five months give or take. She has been awesome to me. She has helped me get a few thing under control but I just have not been doing much better. She has gone above and beyond for me. I have still been hurting and she has not labeled me as a hypochondriac she just keep moving forward. I'm so very thankful for Mrs. Gillis and her wanting to help me get better. Thank you and the other staff from the front desk, check in nurse to the ladies in the lab Thank You!!!!

We have been using Allegro Clinic with both of our children. Stefanie took the time when my son was really sick to figure out he had double pneumonia after many trips to other doctors offices. More recently, Amy Robertson took the time to listen when my newborn was having some odd digestive issues. My daughter ended up having a very rare, life threatening liver disorder. Thankfully, Amy was proactive and got us answers as quickly as possible. She stayed on top of every specialist we needed and pushed until we ended up at Children's of Alabama. My daughter’s disease ultimately led to her needing a liver transplant. Amy has helped us every step of our journey- from diagnosis to transplant. Amy single handedly saved my daughters life. Without her quick actions, getting a diagnosis for her disorder would have taken far longer. She LOVES your baby like her own. We now get local labs drawn at Allegro to monitor my daughters liver monthly. Pam is the best stick in the GTR area. The staff will know you by name and are the most accommodating bunch around! We will never go anywhere else! We are Allegro customers for life.

Great place. Very professional. The staff listened to everything I had to say. They took the time to go through all of my symptoms so I could get the proper treatment. They care.

We were in and out very quickly. Clean waiting room, separate areas designated for sick and well kids. Adult waiting is separate from children's waiting area. I posted a photo of the exam room. Kid friendly for sure.

This clinic is amazing; their leadership truly understands the value of personal relationships with their patients!

My visit took me back to the ole days when you got right on in to see your doctor and they actually sat there, explained your health issues to you, preventative action(s), and with follow up visit (in my case). The doctor sat there quietly, alert, with great concern while I expressed my concerns about my health, the RX's prescribed, and future test(s) that determine a path to good health again. I cannot express enough the impression this one doctor made on me. It has been a long time, a very long time indeed, that a doctor actually took their time to my needs, issues, and care, and did not run out the door. Normally when you see a doctor, they are in-and-out the door from seeing you within 5 minutes. Not this one though! Guess you can tell I am and will forever seek Allegro for my healthcare. 12/12/2017 Columbus, MS
