Our mail carrier is great! She is professional, courteous, and friendly. The few times I have had an issue with my mail, the office personnel were professional and resolved the issue over the phone. When I have personally gone to the post office, the ladies there are friendly and courteous.

My first experience with this post office was amazing! I had a shipment to be held at the PO for pickup. They promptly called me first thing in the morning to let me know! (previous PO I have used, never called-I would always have to call and track my packages down.) Very friendly over the phone and even exchanged some small talk! What a nice "small town" feel! Thank you!!!

We love our Ferguson PO and the folks that work there are exceedingly polite and our carrier occasionally drops mail for another address but not irritatingly often.

First off, I went on a Saturday when it wasn't very busy and the 2 ladies there were very helpful and got me what I needed. Probably the quickest post office experience I've ever had.

Dropped off an return package, wasn't busy today in an out quick.

Always efficient and informative.

I've used this post office for years. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. We've had a few issues with carriers since our carrier retired years ago but have been able to resolve most issues

Gave me one of those moving envelopes so I could get the Lowe's discount out of it.

I went to the PO to send my cousin a box to Chicago and the two ladies there were very,very nice. Excellent face to face customer service. But, don't try to call there. I tried calling them Friday to find out if we were going to get any mail because it was already after 4:00 pm and NO ONE ever answered the phone. I actually called 30 TIMES. And I know they don't close until 5 PM. I never got any mail so, I spoke with 3 of my neighbors and they never got any mail either. There wasn't any mail delivered on our street (Marie Avenue).

The entire postal system needs to be audited and corrected. The postal svc use to be sooooo goooood 25 yrs ago and it has steadily declined since then. I ask what was done differently. I always see ppl on their phones sitting down with no sense of urgency with 15 ppl in the line

I AM ALWAYS MISSING MAIL...MY IMPORTANT MAIL I HAVE THE INFORMED DELIVERY APP TO SEE MY MAIK. I WAS WAITING FOR MY HOUSING LETTER AND IT AHOWED IT COMING ON 3 DIFFERENT OCCASSIONS. I NEVER RECEIVED IT. I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON BUT NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER. I EVEN DID A MISSING MAIL REPORT STILL HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING

I think it is very important to have a post office in our community. The Ferguson Post Office is in our community, but very inefficient; mail doesn’t get delivered in a timely manner; the Postmaster is never available to assist via telephone and the clerks are mean and rude, especially to people who ask additional questions. I go out of my way to use UPS or the post office close to my employer. Such a shame as many residents only have the option to use the Ferguson Post Office and do so despite being treated poorly. Today is Thursday, Monday was a Holiday and we haven’t had mail all week! I’m sure the workers are being paid. If it’s not the weather, then it’s COVID-always an excuse. The Postal Service doesn’t need to increase stamp prices, it needs to increase efficiency.
Our mail delivery person is always very friendly and will walk packages to the front door that are too big to fit in the mailbox, so that’s a plus.
