Panera Bread

I can't say enough good things about this location. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I even had to borrow their phone after locking my keys (and phone) in my car and they were so understanding and willing to help me out. Very thankful for all the help from staff 🖤

The employee Zuleyka there is an absolute gem! She made my morning with her kind attitude, and went above and beyond.

Sooo good. But the chicken teriyaki was strange. Needed sauce. Still tasted good though.

I really enjoy this Panera location, with fast, friendly service and yummy food! Would especially like to recognize Tori, who has waited on me the last two times I have dropped by. Tori has exceptional customer service skills and a warm and friendly personality. A definite star employee in my book!

We had such a great time at Panera Bread yesterday. The staff there are awesome, soon as you walk in the door you are greeted like you are at home. Very polite and courteous staff. The facility is very comfortable and clean. Even when I was going to the bathroom the facilities in there was phenomenal, very awesome employees. Needless to say my family loves going there so yes we will be attending in the near future. 💪👍

I tried the Spicy Take Chicken sandwich and was not a fan. I spoke to them at the counter and were extremely nice about it and got me a replacement meal no questions asked. Amazing service!

Atiya was very helpful and had a great energy while serving us and answering our questions. Experience was great definitely will be back because of her!

The seasonal squash soup is delicious.
Southwest Chicken Caesar Salad was fantastic.

I recently visited the beautiful state of Michigan and received a gift from my friend made at your location. An amazing tasting Cherry and cream cheese Danish round, whomever is your baker does an awesome job! Please pass on my compliments to them. Acknowledgement of great work should always be shared. I always have a great experience here. Everyone is very attentive and the manager on the lunch shift today 8/5/2021 ( I'm so sorry I do not remember your name) has gone above and beyond multiple times for me. I'm always in a hurry when I go there because I have a short lunch and I'm always out very quickly with exactly what I ordered. You guys are great and very much appreciated ! Thank you so much for your services.

We had a very positive experience at this restaurant. The person who took our order was very friendly, and the food we ordered was a good portion size. We were full when we left! The mac and cheese is outstanding! The salads are huge, and the bread tastes wonderful.

I always receive amazing customer service at this location. Today, I paid for my latte and drove off without it. I was having a terrible day. I went back totally embarrassed. They saved my coffee and even offered to make another. I even had a sweet message written on my lid. "Have a great day"! Thank you for making my horrible day better! You guys rock.

My wife and I love Panera Bread. We go there almost every Saturday. It's much better than any other fast food type chain restaurant. I would give them a half a star if I could because sometimes the place is not so clean but otherwise everything is great.

I am from out of town and unfamiliar with the area - Panera was close and soup/salad sounded good. Walked in late as I got to my hotel late - didn't know they were 3 min away from closing. The young man was so nice about accommodating me! I did not get his name but he was much appreciated!

The Broccoli Cheddar soup here is awesome.

First time customer. I had 1/2 sandwich and bowl of soup w/water. The food was good although I thought a little pricey . service was very good. Employees kind and considering. Nice and clean. 👍

my first time there , the food was amazing . the service was fairly quick . i had the chipotle chicken avocado sandwhich with chips and a strawberry banana smoothie . it was all so freaking good , the flavors of the sandwhich worked perfect together , can't wait to go back and try other things on their menu m
