Great food and service. They got my order right when I ordered through DoorDash. It was so yummy. Bookmarking this place the next time I’m craving Chinese food!

Food is always HOT, fresh, fast!! I have never had a bad meal from them in the many years I have eaten there. I will not eat at another Chinese restaurant PERIOD

Long established, great food, can't beat the quality

Food is excellent and service was friendly. We had chicken lo me in, general tso, and teriyaki chicken.

I was looking for Chinese one day close to where I live on 14th Ave. I was a little skeptical at first as I am with trying a new location that's not my go to. Let me just say New China is literally a hidden gem of a place. It's your typical setup for a small hole in the wall fast Chinese establishment. Complete with the same menu pictures of the food you find in all Chinese restaurants. Lol but the food is made fresh to order and reasonably priced. There have been times I didn't get as much food but for the price I paid I'm not going to complain.
There are times they are busy which is to be expected when the food and price is reasonable. One thing I can say with certainty is everytime I've ordered my food for pickup it was always hot and fresh.

Exactly what I was hoping for!
I had came in to pick up an order for someone three weeks ago and it looked and smelled so good. So I decided I was going to come back and try it for myself. So glad I did! The people are so nice!
I ordered General Tso combo. The portion was equal to value. Paid a little over 9 dollars for the combo and a bottled drink. (My only contention is no fresh tea.)
Lots of rice and chicken with a couple of broccoli trees on the side and a spring roll. All of it is delicious. But I can't eat it all. Looks like New China for super tonight ir lunch tomorrow! ;)

I debated between 4 and 5 stars. I finally settled on 5 as it is my favorite quick-service Chinese restaurant in the Chattanooga area. Charming family, good food, great prices. The decor is extremely simple and a bit dated, but it reminds me a lot of the actual storefront restaurants I enjoyed in China. The focus is completely on the food.

This is the only Chinese place in Chattanooga I will go to. They always remember my order, it's fast, the whole family is very kind, and the food is always top notch. Best meat wontons in the area. And every time I go in there the owners children are sitting at a table doing homework. This is a family place that I don't mind giving my money to.

Seriously, for a little hole in the wall in a shopping center, this place has some amazing Chinese food! I usually call in our orders! Everything is always delicious, fast, hot and great prices! The staff, I think are family and they are the nicest people! Go try them out!

When I first moved here, couldn't find a good Chinese place that I would love, this place makes the food just the way I like. Come to find out when talking to the lady, she's from N.Y. YAY! No wonder the food tastes great! Those that are from the northeast area know the difference, just like pizza, Chinese food has to taste perfect!

Ordered from door dash and it was absolutely delicious!!! All of the flavors were on point and the portions are worth every penny.

This place spoiled me. It is hard to find good Chinese food that is also clean, yet inexpensive. This reataurant is the trifecta, and when I moved to Cleveland for a little while, there was nowhere that satisfied my expectations after coming here. It is great! So glad I moved back so I can eat here.

Paul is excellent when it comes to helping you purchase his products and explaining what boost offers, I will not go to any other store for a phone. You will walk away with a new phone, great service, and a deal.

They remember our order even after we didn't go there for almost a year. They're like a distant Chinese family! Great food and good prices.

The lady in the front is super friendly! Excellent service and delicious food. Definitely would recommend if you want some quick Chinese food.

I always love the food and the people are very nice. It is usually prepared fast and it is the only place I order takeout from. I wish they delivered!

Everything is always hot fresh and seasoned well. Super friendly with good prices. We have never gotten anything here that we didn't like.
