I ordered on line and my order was ready quickly. When I arrived I was greeted by and associate and she offered if I would like anything else. Very friendly and courteous.

Clean store, courteous staff. The store no longer carries the item I was seeking to purchase. However, instead of the staff just sharing that information and apologizing, she went the extra mile to direct me to a store that did even if it was a competitor. I thought that was nice of her and truly appreciated. Sally Beauty does carry other items I often need so I will continue to shop there.

The salesperson was very diligent in processing my exchange: Even though it was just changing the same item for alternate colors, there was a credit! She honored it -- and I left w/ more than I had brought 😁

Very helpful staff! Went in looking for an item that is very hard to find, the associate who took care of me (didn't catch her name) asked if I had a moment for her to research, as she followed up with the next local Sally's who had the item ! Greatly appreciated

i just left the store and the employees were sooooo nice and helpful . they didn’t make me feel awkward yet were there for all my needs and questions . thanks ladies super sweeet and welcoming will be back to this location . great selection as well !
