I've done business involving Western Union pickup transactions before at this specific location and never had any problems with any other employees willing to do their job they are receiving a paycheck and being paid to do as an employee however though There is one female employee who is notorious for always being unwilling to assist customers who come into this specific location and they have business involving Western Union pickup transactions in order for her to not have to do her job she receives a paycheck for of assisting customers with Western Union money pickup transactions by always telling customers who come into this specific location and they have business involving Western Union pickup transactions that this location is unable to handle Western Union pickup transactions because of no money every time she works this specific location, her employment with this location needs to be terminated immediately if possible

Picked up prescription for my wife. Sorry i bothered them. Heard the lady talking about the drive through. Felt kind of racial related. Some of the remarks i heard. I don't think they realized i could hear them. TERRIBLE. Like i said. Sorry i bothered you while you were supposed to be helping me. She did go out of her way to actually do her job and help me.

Very poor customer service, very rude. The manager Wendy Williams, not a very customer oriented person. Very rude and no compassion. Prescription dated the 20th would not fill to the 21st. , People in that line of business are supposed to have compassion. There is none there, very rude.

Poor customer service, they'll leave messages saying your medicine is in, then they don't have it. They don't answer questions I have ,very impatient. I strongly dislike the employees.
