We signed a contract to have 16 windows replaced today and we are beyond excited! Our sales rep Mr Dennis was very informative and super nice! We love that he brought a sample window to show us exactly what we would be getting. He was able to answer all our questions without hesitation. Super excited for the weeks to come on installation.

Dennis was super friendly and helpful. we had wanted windows, siding, gutters, and roofing replaced. for the windows, we just went with replacing the street facing windows, saving the rest of the windows for a later date.

i had the misfortune of picking siding and gutter colours that were discontinued. Dennis was quick to notify me and come out with updated samples from which to pick. fortunately, i was able to pick colours close to what i wanted anyway, so it didn't take too much mulling (they were my backup colours, but picking discontinued colours seems to be my superpower sometimes).

Dennis followed up with us after everything had been installed, letting us know he's ready when we are to proceed with the remaining windows. as long as Southern Industries is still doing windows, they will be our go-to for the remaining windows when we are finally ready to have them replaced :)

I was very satisfied with the customer service provided by Dennis Hall. He is personable, honest and friendly. He worked with me to find quality products that will meet my needs without all the extras that I don't need or want. I am eagerly awaiting installation day & will follow up then.

Very polite and friendly, and most of all, he was very knowledgeable about the way installation of siding is suppose to be and he also very informative on the things I noticed that were done wrong by the original contractor. The siding product we looked at was the ascend and it is a very good product.

After the April 2020 tornado hit our home, Southern replaced our siding, facia, soffit, gutters and windows. They did a great job. We are now replacing two large bow windows and we are once again using Southern for the job. We can’t say enough good things about Southern and the quality of their products and their work. Dennis Hall was the representative we worked with on our bow windows and he was wonderful to work with. 5+ Stars!

My husband and I decided to have maintenance free gutters about the time Sams Club had a special offering with Southern. Our installation date was put off a few times for multiple reasons but we weren’t in a hurry. It only took an afternoon to install and we are both thrilled with the end results. I recommend this company with five stars as they were easy to converse with and did a splendid job.
