We are very excited to get this project underway. Joel was great with the presentation. He wasn't pushy like a salesman, but answered our questions and gave advice which we took under consideration before making our decision. He was very professional. Cole came out and did the final measurements. He was very polite and professional. He made sure we did not have any questions. Looking forward to the installation day!

So far my experience with Renewal by Anderson has been delightful. I called yesterday morning for an appointment and within a few hours a representative was at my house. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went over the company’s services in detail and answered all my questions. I made a decision on the spot and this morning John Schefield came by, carefully measured everything and went over the entire process. He made sure I understood exactly what I was purchasing and what the installation would entail. I’m very impressed with the way the product was explained and also the representatives.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Mason who helped me design my project for replacement French doors and window, gave me options and was well-versed in the benefits of the products. John, the tech, came and measured again to ensure everything worked the first time. He explained the install process and addressed any concerns I might have about the installation. Nathan and Cole were in my home to measure for new windows. They explained what they were doing along the way and were so pleasant!! All my questions were answered! They were very personable and i enjoyed having them both in my home! Looking forward to my new windows!!

Windows haven’t been installed yet but I can tell you that Kevin and Nathan have been awesome. Kevin came out and looked at the condition of our windows and did initial measurements showed us the product which by far fit our situation and needs. Nathan came with Kevin about a week later for precise measurements and gave us a final look at pictures of the new windows to be put in and finalize the contract. They were both on time, very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable and answered all my questions with patience and understanding. I am sure the installers, installation and final product are as good as the service we have already received but will update afterwards.

Though these windows are expensive (they let in almost no heat or cold), they have a 20 year guarantee, no matter who owns the property. From sales through installation, everyone was thoroughly professional and did an outstanding job. I’ve got to give the 3-man crew of installers an extra shout out: they were on time, busted their butts, got done with 26 windows in 2 days, when it was estimated to take 4 days. Cleaned up and took away my old steamed-up windows and all the trash, and protected my hard wood floors. Just Fabulous! They were all from Ukrainian heritage and they did Ukraine proud!!

Our experience has been wonderful so far. You don’t just work with one person it is truly a team effort. Everyone is polite and takes the time to explain everything. They even suggested ways to save money on different design options. They were not pushy and didn’t try to up sale. They are true believers in their products and services. I would recommend them to anyone!

We have been struggling with a leaking custom window assembly for about 4 years now, and after multiple (unsuccessful) attempts to have it repaired, we elected to look into replacing the windows. We worked with John and David, who were both exceptional. We just started the process of getting new windows. So far the folks at Anderson have been great. David came out the next day after we requested an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and went over all the types of windows they offered. He took measurements and set up appointment for Nathan to come out two days later to take measurements again and go over the type of windows we selected. Nathan was great and answered any questions we had. Overall, so far their process has been good and easy.

This is my second appointment follow up with Renewal by Anderson. So far all communication has been excellent and Nathan was very professional and thorough in explanation and came out to do all the measuring. We have not yet had installation of product so can't speak to the product itself or installation. Each person we have have encountered thus far has been on time and the software they use is very informative seems to be user friendly.
