I've been taking my daughter to Dr. Trichell for the last few years, and we have always had a good experience. He is kind, knowledgeable and conservative in his approach. Recently we were seen by Dr. Teufel and had the same great experience with him. We trust these folks and would recommend this practice to anyone needing a podiatrist.

Dr. Trichell was absolutely fabulous! I have been reluctant to see a podiatrist for a number of years and finally my wife, who has seen him before, convinced me to go . So glad I did, very professional, very knowledgeable and obviously knows his feet.... Was very helpful with a nagging issue.

After a year of toe pain, I limped into Dr. Trichell’s office to set up an appointment—a family member referred me to him. What a blessing! The receptionist, staff members and doctors are all wonderful and professional individuals. After filling out some paperwork, they treated me within the hour of my arrival. My toe was treated without any pain whatsoever. Best decision I could have ever made regarding my health and well being. Thank You Dr. Aaron C. Teufel. You ROCK!

My 14 year old son has had a few issues in the past with ingrown toenails but this time it was quite red and inflamed and very painful. I made an appointment with Dr. Trichell who I have seen for plantar fasciitis and tendonitis. Dr. Trichell took the time to explain what was going on with my son's toe and his recommendations to fix the problem. We treated the toe for a week with antibiotics to insure no infection and then came in to have a surgical procedure to remove the ingrown nail on the side completely down to the root and kill off that part of the root. My son felt absolutely no pain or discomfort during the entire process. After a couple of weeks of twice daily soaks and a small bandage, his toe healed very well. I highly recommend Dr. Trichell for any foot issues. His knowledge, expertise and compassion are exceptional.

So, Dr. Trichell is no longer at this address (509 Milsap). I googled “foot doctor northwest Arkansas”. . . Dr. Trichell popped up. When I called, I did mention that it is painful to walk. The lady that took my call (Laura) was very friendly and was able to get me in, same day. I arrived to find the doctor that came across my google search (Dr. Trichell) was no longer there. The doctor now there is Dr. Kramer. He diagnosed me and fixed my problem during this first visit. I couldn’t have been more thrilled!

I had a great experience, one way better than I ever imagined before I went. Not to sound all detailed, but I had a plantar wart on the bottom of my foot. No cutting, nothing at all. Dr.Trichell put chemicals ( I know a little scary) on the bottom of my foot. This made a small blister that was then removed painlessly! I am completely fine and go back in a couple of weeks or so to make sure it didn't come back! Highly highly highly recommend this place, great staff always kind!

I had an ingrown toenail that bothered me for months. I finally went to see Dr. Trichelle about it. I cann't sing his praises high enough. He numbed my toe with a freezing spray and I never felt a thing. A small sliver of the nail was removed and it will NEVER be "ingrown" on that side of my toe ever again. He has decades of experience . . .. and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him. Kathy

I've received treatment from Dr Trichell in the past, and most recently from Dr. Kramer. Both doctors provided excellent service, and the staff is wonderful as well. I highly recommend this office.

Great experience with Dr. Trichelle and Dr. Teufel. Dr. Trichelle is very kind and professional. I would highly recommend them both. My surgical experience was with Dr. Teufel and it went phenomenally well. I'm very grateful.

I had a very unfortunate experience with Dr. Trichell's office. However, it wasn't with Dr. Trichell. My experience with him was a great one. He was very professional and informative. He seemed to care. My problem was with the business side of it. When I called to set up my appointment, I spoke with Taylor, the receptionist. I asked her if their office accepted a particular credit card and made it very clear that I HAD to pay with this card. She assured me that they did take that card, so I set up the appointment. When I arrived at my appointment, Taylor (sitting at the front receptionist desk) never smiled one time when she was dealing with customers. She uses a "nice voice" but there was no emotion or care behind it. After my very positive experience with Dr. Trichell, I tried to pay (with the card that she ASSURED me that they accepted) and (low and behold) it wouldn't work. I had to pay out of my checking account, which I hadn't budgeted for (because Taylor was so confident that they accepted that card). Dr. Trichell informed me that I needed a procedure done, so I set up an appointment for exactly one week from my appointment. In the meantime, I was on the phone with Taylor back and forth all week long to get this card issue resolved. However, Taylor was no help. The credit card company kept telling me to have Taylor call them and they would walk her through it. But, she refused. She kept saying that she needed to talk to her office manager (who, coincidently, is NEVER in the office, apparently). So, I was calling the card company, then having to call Taylor and relay information. Which Taylor disagreed to everytime I relayed the information to her. Anyway, after calling the credit card company and Dr. Trichell's office (and speaking with Taylor) at least 5 times each throughout the week last week, I finally was able to determine (ON MY OWN....NO HELP FROM DR. TRICHELL'S OFFICE STAFF) that Dr. Trichell's office DOES NOT take this card (ALTHOUGH TAYLOR HAD TOLD ME AT LEAST 4 TIMES THAT THEY DO...SHE EVEN CONFIRMED IT WITH HER OFFICE MANAGER). Today was supposed to be my procedure at 8:30 am! Even though I left a message on the office voicemail asking them to call me as soon as they got in today, they didn't call. I had to call them. I informed Taylor that, even though she had told me 4+ times that they accepted this credit card, they in fact do not. Her only response was "Oh, well we weren't aware of that." HOW ARE YOU IN CHARGE OF THE FINANCES OF THE OFFICE AND NOT KNOW WHAT CARDS YOU ACCEPT AND DON'T ACCEPT?!?!? I asked her to make it right (since, again, THEY were the ones who screwed up). But, they refused to. They would not allow me to proceed with the procedure and make payments. I asked them for a reimbursement of my original appointment so that I could go see another doctor. She informed me that she would have to talk with her office manager, who, again, is not in the office today, to get that clearance. I bet I'll never see that money again. Dr. Trichell's office (again, the business side of it....not Dr. Trichell himself) was very unprofessional and exhibited HORRIBLE customer service.
Thank goodness I was able to call Dr. Brantley's office (who does in fact take this card) and they were able to get me in fairly quickly, due to the situation. His office staff was very professional and kind. They were very understanding of the situation. AND their prices are MUCH more reasonable.
I do not like to give negative reviews, but I feel like this is one that needs to be posted. I hope they will learn from this situation and better their customer service because Dr. Trichell is wonderful!

I ruptured my plantar fascia & made an appt to see Dr. Trichell. Upon arrival, 10 minutes before my appt, I was greeted rudely by the receptionist, who proceeded to tell me that I should have been there 20 minutes ago to fill out paperwork. I asked to have the paperwork & I would fill it out, as I've never needed that much time to do it. I was told No, and told that my appointment would be cancelled. I walked out of the office, having never had the opportunity to see the Dr or get treated. Will never set foot in that office again.

I don't have any feelings in most of my toes and the ball of my foot (I am not diabetic). The last (and only) podiatrist I went to before with my issue , did not help at all) , so I thought I will try Dr Trichell because I have heard good things about him. I thought podiatrists know the in and out of feet . Unfortunately I am at the same place now . I did not find out what I am suppose to do to correct my issue and don't know any more than I did before. I feel that I was just dropped. (I never was even called for a lab follow-up appointment ).
