Dr Kramer and his staff are so kind and caring!! They got me in and seen and got my ingrown toenail fixed. One of the kindest clinics that I’ve ever been too. Staff is amazing and always welcoming, they make confirmation calls the day before and really try to work with my crazy work schedule so I could come in for my follow up appointment. They truly care about their patients!! I’ll always recommend this clinic to my friends and family!!!!

Dr Kramer and staff are the best! Dr Kramer recently did surgery on my mom's feet. She can walk better than before. The fayetteville podiatry clinic is the best in north America. I would high recommend them if you are having trouble with your feet!

Dr. Kramer was great. I had never been to a podiatrist before but he was so thorough and made sure to explain things in terms I understood. His personality and bedside manner was awesome. The whole office staff was wonderful. I could not have asked for a better medical experience.

Dr. Kramer was fantastic overall. I was nervous before my appointment, but everyone there calmed my nerves. Dr. Kramer displayed empathy towards my overall well-being, explained everything in a polite and professional manner. The receptionist was extremely kind, caring, and enthusiastic. Doctor Kramer is amazing! My 10yo had to go in for ingrown toenails and he was fantastic with her! She was nervous, but laughed throughout. His staff was very considerate and accommodating. 5 starts! Would totally recommend!

I had a great experience. The office staff were very accommodating and created a very pleasant environment. The doctor was very informative and nice. He was easy to talk to because he made me feel like I was talking to a friend not some stranger who is obviously higher on the social scale. Even the procedure I needed was fast and almost painless. I give them a very big thumbs up. I don't think I have been in any medical office and felt this good about the experience days later.

Dr Kramer far exceeded every expectation I had for this appointment. He did what I begged every other doctor to do. He listened, took time to understand and came to a treatment plan that he and my husband felt comfortable with. He didn’t walk in the room with a game plan of his own. He got our story before he developed an opinion on what would be best. His compassion is felt the minute he shakes your hand. After 11 years of seeing doctors for my husbands injury, we have finally found a forever doctor. We refuse to see anyone else.

My first visit with Dr. Austin Kramer was a very pleasant and happy experience. He solved my big toe problem with an injured nail that over the years had grown to be very thick and uncomfortable in my shoes. Dr Kramer put me at ease with an immediate solution to my worries. His office has a very friendly staff and may I say an excellent nurse Deny.

I continue to receive excellent care for my feet from Dr. Kramer and his assistant Deny and Laura the office receptionist. They are all simply outstanding people that make you feel most comfortable.

This office is wonderful. The front desk is super polite and kind. They make you feel like they want you there. Never felt rushed when filling out paperwork or asking questions. Back staff was keen on informing you of everything going on. Even checked in if I had a longer wait time, to make sure I was alright. Not a long wait time in the lobby to be brought to a room. I was seen by staff promptly after being placed in a room. Doctor Teuful was super personable. Explained everything about my condition and how we could proceed to fix it. Because I was in such pain he even worked me in to do my procedure my first visit, so i would feel better over the holidays. Highly recommend this office

Dr. Kramer, Laura and staff are awesome!! It’s very obvious they go above and beyond for their patients. Myself and my son(who was the patient in our situation) cannot be more thankful for their care, kindness, and superb customer/patient service. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

I've visited Dr. Kramer on numerous occasions and he's always offered, what I believe to be, sound advice and consolation. The staff is always warm and inviting which can be a plus when navigating unfamiliar territory.

Dr. Austin Kramer did an excellent job treating a blocked sweat gland on my foot. He was very knowledgeable and checked in with me during the whole procedure to make sure I wasn’t in any pain. He’s been able to answer any questions I’ve ever asked about foot problems! Highly recommend!

I let an ingrown toenail get worse and worse over a year and just tried to take care of it myself. Until I was driving to work about 2 weeks ago and I had had enough. I was about to go out of town that weekend and just couldn't handle it. I called and the receptionist let me know they could fit me in that day but I needed to get there about 20-30 before my appointment to fill out paperwork and to give time since it was a last minute appointment. In my head I'm like that's it? I don't mind being anywhere a little bit early if it means taking away the pain. I got there and the front desk gentleman was super friendly, and the office manager was so great in explaining price and payment options (Care Credit Rocks!). Another lady talked to me while my toe was getting worked on (thankfully because I'm definitely squeemish). I saw Dr. Teufel and he was really nice, and made sure the whole thing didn't hurt. Just randomly found them online, and it was the best random choice I could have made. Between the 4 of them they made the whole process super easy and friendly.

Dr. Austin Kramer was very knowledgeable and clear about the procedure. He let me know what to expect, quickly and carefully performed the procedure, and now the bump I've had on the back of my foot for years is gone! I wish I'd gone to him sooner!

I was seen by Dr. Tueful this afternoon and i have to say i had one of the best expierences. Everyone from the front desk to the nursing staff made us feel comfortable and our visit a pleasure to be in a Dr’s office. Dr. Tueful was great in explaining everything that he was going to do and the treatments that he recommended for me. He takes the time to make sure you understand everything before you leave. They all made us more than happy we were told abour them and we will be recommending them to all who need a Podiatrist.

I always feel completely confident with what Dr. Kramer advises and does. It has always worked! He is very conservative yet thorough, and very knowledgeable yet explains things simply. I've been to 3 or 4 other podiatrists but he is the best.
