Thank you Thank you Thank you for having someone available 24/7 to answer questions about medications. A real life saver when you're sick and are taking lots of meds that can have drug interactions, even at 2 in the morning.

Would give 5 Stars. But seems like the one lady Is very Slow with customers. But is incredibly Friendly.

*GOOD READ* My 3yo son has had respiratory issues since he was less than a year old & I have always used this pharmacy because it was 24hr - so it helps in the nights when we make emergency trips to the hospital. This last doctor visit, he got prescribed two more medications on top of what we already had there to pick up for him. The two new ones were not ready when I got there in the drive-thru. And due to staff shortages, you could only pick up scripts via drive-thru. **Amanda C.** is the tech who waited on us at the window & she went above and beyond to make sure we had ALL of our scripts right then & there so I wouldn't have to wait in the atrocious line again. I could have cried out of sheer appreciation! She was fantastic!!

I've come here for my flu shot twice now and I definitely will not be coming back. I setup an appointment for both and both times they said they couldn't find it. After insisting that I had an appointment it was several minutes before they found it. It was 45 minutes after my appointment time that I finally got the shot. The service for prescriptions might be ok but the service for flu shots is terrible.

Worst pharmacy in saginaw. Incompetent and just don't care

They do not care about you at all. Never have I had such issues with a pharmacy. I've been getting the run around for a week now. When I asked the manager on duty why this was such a hassle. "I don't know maybe you should transfer it somewhere else".

I have been trying to get my medicine for 7 -8months now. They have misspelled my name, told me my insurance isn't correct when it is with every other place, tells me it's invalid, tells me they never received the prescription after calling Rite Aid and confirming with them that they've sent it. Only reason I'm sticking with them is because no one else has my medicine. Ridiculous customer service.
