We enlarged two small bedrooms. It took forever to get permits from the county, but once we were approved, the work progressed nicely. They did a great job of keeping us appraised of progress. Someone was working on the addition nearly every day once starting. All contractors were very courteous, professional and efficient. They did a wonderful job of matching existing ceilings and flooring. It really does look seamless. Our new guest room and hobby room are beautiful. These once-small rooms will now be useful thanks to Black Sheep. We plan to have them back to refresh our front porch.

I called Black Sheep Construction last week to get an estimate, and spoke with David Holder. It turned out that, although I had thought they were local to me, they were in fact four hours (!) away, and so it made no sense for them to take on my project. Despite that, David asked for details on the project and provided guidance on some things I should be aware of and what to look for when getting estimates from other contractors. He spent quite a bit of time with me and was so helpful. It was amazing to receive such generous sharing of time and information without any expectation of recompense. So, although I'm not able to comment on their work, I can certainly recommend Black Sheep highly on their customer focus and caring. If I were within their service area and needed help with a project, they'd definitely be at the top of my list of contractors to get estimates from.

I don't write reviews often, but I could not miss the opportunity to share the amazing experience I had with Black Sheep Construction, specifically Kyle. After calling multiple companies and being told that they were not able to help with my needs unless I contracted for a complete overhaul, I ran across Black Sheep Construction, and was put in touch with Kyle. Kyle answered all my questions, was always easy to get in touch with, and was very personable and prompt. He was very transparent and didn't try to oversell me on things I didn't need. He made me feel like I was working with a friend, and not just a big company that viewed me as just another number. The whole process was smooth and pleasant. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend!!

I am completely satisfied with work Black Sheep Contruction did for me. Diego, my rep, did a great job of explaining everything and helping me understanding the process of getting my roof replaced. He worked with the insurance company making sure, all the required information was submitted. Diego kept informed on the work that was being done and the workers did a great job on the roof and the clean up afterwards. They came early morning and finished everything in one day and cleaned up before leaving. I could not have asked for better service. If you're considering a home remodeling project, I recommend Black Sheep Construction. Their professionalism and organization are top-notch, and the quality of their work is exceptional. My experience with them was nothing short of incredible. We kicked off the project in February, and true to their word, they had it completed to perfection by March 8, 2024. I enjoyed working with Kyle, the Project Manager, who promptly scheduled a visit to assess my needs. TJ accompanied him, and together, they offered some fantastic suggestions to modernize my 20-year-old townhome. They were on the ball, promising to deliver the estimate within two weeks.
Throughout the project, Kyle maintained regular contact, providing me with updates. This was a huge plus; it made me feel valued and involved in the process. Kyle was there bright and early on the day the project commenced, ensuring a smooth start. The electrician, Gregg, was equally impressive. He demonstrated his expertise by thoroughly inspecting my kitchen, asking me questions, and explaining his planned actions. This level of involvement was greatly appreciated and made me feel like a part of the project. Gregg also took the time to clean up his work area and assured me of the quality of his work. Since the project's completion, Kyle has continued to check in, ensuring my satisfaction. This level of follow-up speaks volumes about their professionalism and commitment. I have several more projects lined up with them.

Black Sheep did an excellent job on our roof replacement and fence repairs after a recent storm. They did a great job of responding timely to all requests and helped us understand how to work with our insurance company. Overall great people and high quality work.
