Mark was extremely friendly on the phone. I came in to get rotors and brakes, and he was able to accommodate my price range. Will be coming back just for the absolute professionalism and kindness.

I stopped at Alford’s tire because I had a blow tire in my mini motor home, I was driving to get to Austin on time but my set of tire Are very unusual I have a motor home from 1999 , I ordered I set of tires from Denver so the manager said he collected at the store.
he change my brake pads also it was very hard to found he did several calls and he get right ones , the stuffs were very helpful and professional , I highly recommend this place .

Needed a flat tire repaired on a vehicle I’d had for less than 30 days. I had just spent a ton of money repairing the car and couldn’t afford new tires ALSO. other tire companies wouldn’t repair it (a roofing screw was quite obviously the problem, once the tire was taken off the vehicle you could tell it was an older tire) they were requiring me to buy a new set. The guys at Alfords were so helpful and so polite. Took care of me and got me back on the road in no time for an extremely reasonable price. They earned my business for the rest of my life. We are moving from AZ to TN in an RV with 4 dogs. This afternoon, one of the tires blew (a dual one, thank goodness). Alford’s was there in less than an hour to replace that one, then we followed them back to have the others replaced as well (we bought it used so weren’t trusting the others wouldn’t do the same thing). They got all the tires changed and balanced in a little over an hour. On top of that, they were so nice to us and to the dogs. And the price was more than reasonable! I highly highly recommend them! Wish you could give 10 stars!!

Had tires for sxs mounted today supernfast service all friendly professional and willing to help. Have used them for company truck I had and personal only tire shop in town I will use.

Gary came out late on a Saturday night and gave us assistance replacing two tires on our camper after we had a blowout. Gary was very professional and quick to come after we had exhausted 10 other companies that would not assist. Class act individual and company I would recommend to anyone in need.

I went in to Alfords today after calling to see how much an alignment was. Which, by the way, is the cheapest place in Tyler that I have found. Well, after testing my car I ended up just needing it balanced, which was cheaper! They did not try to upsell anything or suggest anything extra. They actually cared to make sure they were fixing the right thing and not just what I asked for. They were honest and upfront with me which is always awesome when going to a new place. I will definitely be bringing my car here for future needs. Amazing people and business!
