Tech was friendly. Store clean and no lines to be helped by staff.

Discount Tires saved me $350 vs. my car dealer price. This location is outstanding in customer service, and you can watch them work through the large glass window in the waiting room. When completed, the shop installer gave me the car keys and thanked me! Excellent.

Second time I’ve been through here. Great staff and service. Very transparent with all associated charges. While they can be costly they usually try to help and find deals or discounts for you, and finish quickly.

Kris Halcomb was especially helpful, concise, and informative. Raise maybe? Eh, eh?

Btw they also do free tire inspections, pressure checks, and rotations.

Went in today due to a slow leak and a bolt in my tire. Kris was exceptionally kind and helpful. While waiting, JJ came up to me just to ask how I was doing. It was the most sweetest encounter and it really touched my heart. Amazing and professional service!

The experience, and service was delightful. I called before and Cameron personally met us outside. Our tires were changed within an hour, new wipers, and they even shined up the rims!!!! I swear those haven't been that clean since I got the car. The customer service is the best I have ever gotten at a car service place. 10 out of 10 do recommend. I swear I almost saw my car smile at the way she was treated.

They keep great records. They listen before taking action! They are patient as I decided on the options they presented. Estimated wait time was spot-on. They are professionals in their niche! Nationwide store fonts are a strong selling point.

Professional, they keep you informed about the status of your vehicle. They offer appointments (which I highly recommend). Prices aren't much different than most tire stores. They do offer a price match guarantee if you find the same exact tires cheaper elsewhere. I will keep using them and recommend them!

THE SHOP EVERYONE SHOULD BE USING!!! I have personally used Discount Tire since around the beginning of 2021. I bought a new set of tires and with those came a warranty that was included in the price and no extra charges. I get free balance and rotations when needed. When a tire is not reparable you pay around $35 (that’s what it was last time I got a new tire) and I don’t know if that’s for the new warranty or service for the new tire but it’s worth it. I have only had to replace 2 in 2 years. Their service is unmatched in work and customer service. The best is to schedule appointments if you can. I went in today for a 9:15 appointment and they told me about 45 minutes. It was done in 18 and they didn’t get my truck in right when I got there. I left at 9:33. I feel they give what could be the max time you would wait but it’s always a lot quicker than they say because of the guys in the garage. They work fast and do the job the correct way. They have never once tried to push me into getting new wheels or tires or some custom set of anything. If you want something then you ask them and they will figure out the best price they can for you. They also offer a veteran discount. I have since tried other shops for friends or family vehicles when the budget is so low they need used wheels or tires just to get by but I have always stuck with this shop for me. You can’t beat the service or prices or quality of work. Always recommend going here and if you don’t then you are most likely throwing money away for repairs and maintenance!!! Thanks

Made an appointment & Showed up at 9 AM and had all 4 tires replaced and left by 9:30. Thank you Dylan & your team, I’m blown away about how fast the service was. I’ll definitely be back!!

I went up there with my tire needing air, they informed me that I needed to get a better tire on there. I didn't have the money at the time and the gentleman told me he was gonna speak to the manager and they really helped me out and got me on the road with a really decent used tire. Thank you guys and I will always recommend this place is the best!

Had an appointment, but due to a miscommunication, I ended up here instead (my fault for not clarifying).

They had an opening, and switched my appointment to this location. They checked my tires for my problem, and even double checked my wheel balance just to be sure I wouldn't have any further issues.

Despite my mistake, they made time for me, and helped correct my problem, all with a smile. Great experience at this location. Thumbs up!

Fast and friendly service; fair prices; great warranties on their tires. I've been going to Discount Tire for over 25 years. If you haven't tried them, I'd encourage you to visit them next time you need tires!

Unlike most other discount tire shops in the nation, this one has been the most courteous and quickest visit I have ever had they also replaced two tires that was questionable after a patch highly do recommend using them. I will continue keeping all my purchases with them.

Dylan at discount tires is absolutely amazing!!! Any time I've needed to deal with anything, I've been blessed to get Dylan, and safety for the customer and the customer's family is always number one on his list. He will always go above and beyond to take care of you anyway that he can to ensure that you are safe, as well as not breaking your pockets and bank. The staff really does go above and beyond, and works amazingly together. You can tell they have a really good team there, and this is the only place I'll ever take any of my vehicles to or recommend to anybody else!
