Darren was very helpful when he delivered my husband’s wheelchair. He took the time to explain the features and to make sure he adjusted it to fit my husband.

Bruce was very knowledgeable with oxygen set up and instructions. I have been on oxygen for awhile and he hit all the Les and whistles. Requested a backpack and he came through. So far everything is going fine.

Started our service after a hospital visit. Their technician was fantastic and a great teacher. He was patient and helpful.

Very pleased with response time for answers regarding questions Ron did not understand. He becomes anxious and frustrated if he gets confused about something he needs to know about or how something is supposed to work.

Once the company organizational layers & location were clear to me, I was able to schedule & obtain a fitting appointment for Sleep Apnea.

Dominic was extremely helpful in the CPAP fitting process & understanding past problems with equipment. I received upgraded equipment at my appointment based on Sleep Study results.

The organization offers layers of service to the patient. Equipment has an internal modem that communicates my sleep activity to the service group for monitoring my sleep habits & effectiveness of the treatment.

I'm looking forward to better sleep with my new higher level equipment.

The AdaptHealth team is amazing! Coming to my rescue, delivering a hospital bed at 4:00 on Friday when my own doctor said they couldn’t get it ti me until Monday! Bruce, the delivery guy was so professional and kind and in and out in 15 min after set up. The service was absolutely amazing!

Provider Plus in Lenexa, Kansas (a KC suburb) did an excellent job today, fitting me with my first CPAP mask and related head gear. It’s a friendly place, and pleasant atmosphere. Easy parking. It was recommended by my sleep doctor (pulmonologist) at the University of Kansas Health System. I’d like to especially compliment Dominic, who worked patiently with me. (I was very anxious about this whole CPAP thing, and I spilled some coffee on his carpet. He told me not to be concerned, and just try to relax a bit. He is very kind). He is also extremely knowledgeable, and answered my many questions. I highly recommend Dominic. And this entire store.

After several days of confusion on my insurance company's part, finally straightened out, Adapt jumped right up and got my oxygen to me the same day with expedient efficiency. Dixie was early, caring, professional and knowledgeable. I'm so very impressed with them! I've worked with other medical suppliers and they were not like this. Good job Adapt! Thank you!

Machine arrived quickly with Kevin who was great at explaining. Bruce made an effort to pick it up when he was nearby but not scheduled.
