They were very helpful and quick to deliver whenever my Mom needed something (a hospital bed, walker, wheelchair). And when she passed away, Dusty was there within a couple of hours to pick up all of the equipment, so that we didn't have to worry about it and see it as a reminder. He was very considerate and efficient!

Reliable Medical supply had to bring a replacement bed for my mother as it wasn’t holding the air properly. Malcom J called before delivering and arrived as promised. He replaced the bed and pump and stayed ti make sure it was working the way it should. He was very courteous and helpful. Very professional. Nancy Smith

We were quite impressed with the employees at Reliable Medical Supply. We called in Oct to rent a hospital bed to use during my recovery from major neck surgery. They delivered the bed the very next day. Now that we are done using it I called and they were here the next day to pick it up. Dusty and Jack were prompt and efficient when they picked up the bed. Darrell was so kind and helped get all the medical equipment and a BED up my super narrow staircase. All items where clean and in great condition. I Love my ResMed CPAP machine. I am able to sleep all nite and wake up well rested and able to function well all day. I am 77 years old and do not know how I could function without my Machine and the wonderful Customer Service Representative Cyndi who has helped me get the medical information to them that they needed so I could receive my supplies in a timely manner.

Malcolm was awesome. He brought in the hospital bed and commode for my mom, set it all up, and explained how it works with courtesy and professionalism and on short notice.

This afternoon I was informed my Mom was being discharged from the hospital under Hospice care. That gave us less than 3 hours to get a bed and other equipment. Tim showed up here in plenty of time to set the bed up and educate me on how the control panel worked. He was very professional and informative and I certainly appreciated his words of wisdom. As a first time client, I was very impressed with the professional environment at Reliable Medical Supply. The office staff was friendly, and their online pre-registration is great! Saved a lot of time, and made checking in super quick. Greg tended to the teaching aspect of my C-Pap use--which was easy to understand and thorough.
