Having a rental car and needing to replace a tire is NOT in any way a good Friday. AJ took care of finding a tire suitable for the rental agency. He gave us updates, and took care of the situation as quickly as possible. The staff was kind and professional. Thank you!

My daughter came back to her car after her class at OSU to find her air pressure low and a screw in her tire. They great guys at this store stayed to help her get her tire repaired even though it was close to the end of their day. Such great compassion and customer service to not leave a young lady stranded or stressed about having a flat tire. Your guys are AWESOME!!

Stopped in because the tire pressure light was on. The attendant noticed that my front tires were quite worn. (My husband said they were due to be replaced.) So I got two new tires and a rotation and was out of there in less than an hour.

Honestly such great customer service, super fast work for a brake check safety trip check which are free. I got in and out super fast but make sure you make an appointment online for faster service!! I had brady help me out in understanding what was going on with my car, and he was super helpful polite and patient. I definitely recommend this Les Schwab!!

We love Les Schwab! Since we are closer to the one on 3rd street, we use them more often, but both locations are great. Yesterday, I had another great service from the 3rd street location.

Will, the general manager, in particular, was super about checking some slow leaks on my tires. He personally worked on them for for a long time, fixing some corrosion issues on the rims. After all that work, no charge. We have purchased lots of tires from them, and they are good about keeping them in good shape. In this case, these tires were already on a used car we just purchased, and not even theirs.

Just goes to show they truly value customer relationships.

Such a great crew at this location. I had a leak in both my front and rear tires. I dropped off my Subaru and got a call for pickup no more than 15 minutes later! Free fixes for both leaks, and a team of employees who made me feel well cared for. Thanks Schwab!

More Outstanding service work by the crew at the south Corvallis Les Schwab location. Many thanks to Tyler and Tyler, on retrieving our S-10 pickup with dead battery and getting it into a service-bay with a single phone call. Gotta give big Props to Gage & Ka'leo K.K. for explaining the battery options, ... extracting the oversize battery & getting the correct-size battery installed (I could not have done that), ... Ka'leo also did a courtesy Brake check and Diagnostic on the broken E-brake pedal assembly, ... and then he explained everything to me so that I could understand the problem. I can't remember the name of the young person who installed the new windshield wiper blades, but he did an outstanding job as well. Clearly, this shop's workers are well-trained on being respectful & courteous to their customers; you notice that right away, and I am a grateful L.S. customer because of the genuine respect shown by the staff. Ka'leo also helped me with payment of our Bill, ... and the three items to be repaired at a future appointment, (and) also updating our contact info in the computer. This service-stop at L.S. left us with great peace-of-mind during the 40 mile drive home.

I swung in to get my tire fixed after work. I had a screw lodged in my driver-side rear tire and there was a steady leak of air. They took the car in right away and patched up my tire very quickly. They handled this free of charge as well. Great service.

I am so grateful for these people, I couldn't be more satisfied. I have had some issues with my car specifically my tires, and they have tooken care of me each and.evey time. Very fast pace but very thorough. Sthankful

Called these guys up, asked how much a tire patch would be, didn’t charge me a penny. THESE GUYS ARE ABSOLUTELY GREAT. Do not even bother looking elsewhere, you’ll just be disappointed.

I noticed a large bolt in my tire and googled tire shop near me and found this location. The attendant came out to ask how he could help before I even parked the truck. Fixing my tire was free and they wouldn't even let me tip them. I was impressed from start to finish with the quality of the staff and their service. If I need anything they can help me with I will definitely be looking them up. Excellent doesn't do this store or it's staff justice.
