Black Tie Ski & Bike Rentals of Sun Valley

Using Black Tie was absolutely a breeze! If you don't want to hit the rental shop, they bring your equipment right to where you're staying. Service was available if needed on the mountain. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Easiest and most painless process ever. Booked online. Confirmed via email. Stopped in when we arrived into town on Wednesday (no charge) to make sure everything felt good. It did. Equipment was awesome. Top-notch skis. Confirmed we would be off the mountain by 4 PM Saturday. Skis were picked up at our place before 4:30 PM. Fantastic service. Will recommend to everybody going to Sun Valley!

An excellent rental experience. I rented equipment for 9 family members. Black Tie came to our rental house at 7PM and fit everyone for their equipment. The next day, one person decided their boots were too small, and one of the staff came out to the ski resort to swap boots.

I would absolutely use Black Tie again.

Will definitely rent from them next time we are in Sun Valley. They were so helpful and accommodating. The equipment pickup and drop-off made it so easy for us and saved us from having to rent a car and the price was great for a week long rental for a family of 4.

Don’t even think about getting your gear any place else! BLACK TIE is the BEST! Prices are on par or lower than the ones at the resort and we were also offered a discount. There’s nothing like the personalized fitting we got in the comfort of our hotel which made hitting the slopes super easy. We needed a switch out with boots and it was very convenient. 100% recommended!!!

This is the fifth time I have rented from Black Tie for my seven year old. The equipment and service are excellent, and the prices are very good for what you get. I love that you can swap out equipment easily at any time for no extra cost. Highly recommend.

Here to say this shop and all there working within it are amazing and extremely knowledgable. They sent a mechanic out to the site of my crashed bike (front wheel fell off!) and had it put back together in good enough shape for me to safely get back home, in addition to a thorough explanation of damage and repairs needed. So thankful for their shuttle service -- not sure what I'd have done without that option. Thank you Black Tie!!! :)

Black Tie provides superior service! They show up when they are say they will, and make everything easy. They also are super responsive to mid-trip requests in the rare event that a swap or tune up is needed. As a ski club trip leader, I count on them to make my job easier, whatever resort we are visiting. Arrival and departure days on any trip are always busy and stressful. Black Tie relieves some of that burden both for me and my club members. I highly recommend them!

Using Black Tie for our equipment rental on our recent ski trip to Sun Valley was such a great experience! We reserved online and they showed up at our condo early on the first morning we skied. The whole fitting process took less than 30 minutes and the representative also gave us restaurant recommendations and tips on where to ski first. The equipment was perfect! At the end of our last day of skiing, we left the equipment outside our door and sent a text that it was ready and then received a return text when the equipment had been picked up. Seemless process!
