Lori was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The wait was quite long to absolutely no fault of hers. You need more staff. With people working Saturdays are a time to get things done like buy a new phone. The store should have more than one employee at those times.

My phone died near the end of a month-long vacation when I was far, far away from home. Traumatic! Gus in Ketchum, Idaho, at the Verizon store there was so kind and patient throughout the long process of me getting a new phone and my coming to terms with him not being able to recover anything off my dead phone. But what was even more impressive to me about Gus was that he was single-handedly dealing with a very busy store (with sometimes demanding customers), as well as somebody else's complicated data recovery ordeal while he trying to help me get back in business with a new phone. He was a master at handling multiple situations simultaneously. I was in the store for 3.5 hours, and I never saw him show anything but an even temper and a sense of humor with everyone, even those who unfairly acted impatient with him. I hope his bosses realize what a good job he is doing for them.

Phenomenal experience. Had several issues buying new phones on line and with phone customer service. After 3 frustrating hours with 3 reps over a week. I went to local store and in a reasonable time walked out with a new phone. They even transferred data from the old phone and erased it for the trade in! Next time this will be my first stop. Probably my best ever encounter with a tech company.

Can’t say enough good things about the manager of this store - Patricia. When I went in to get a phone upgrade, there were at least four other customers in the store either waiting to get help or in the process of being helped. Even so, Patricia made sure to cheerily greet me right away and get started helping me with my issue, all the while helping the others at the same time. It was like watching a master-juggler keeping five balls going at once! Verizon is SO LUCKY to have an employee like her who makes every one of her customers feel special; give this woman a raise!!

Went in on a Friday afternoon with my new iPhone purchased through the Verizon website ... and had totally failed to get data to transfer. Patricia jumped right in and was SUPER helpful and streamlined the whole process for me with a smile. She suggested that in future, I buy the phone directly through the store ... and I WILL. Thanks for the amazing service.

Gus has helped me every time I had issues with my phone very sweet and out going guy always laughing and who wouldn't want someone like him to help them out. His team is phenomenal too (Daniel, Joel, Jeremy), never meet such dedicated and intelligent people on what they do.
