PK’s is awesome. Ritchie, Craig and the whole team there did an incredible job getting us setup with our ski equipment. With young kids, you gotta get in and get out and they knew how to keep our kids entertained and engaged the whole time. The customer service is outstanding and so are the prices. Will be renting here everytime we come to Sun Valley. Oh, and at the end of our 5 day rental, I walk in to return our gear and Ritchie calls me by name the minute I walk in the door. These guys have earned our business!

We love this shop. Not only do they support the community without hesitation, they support the children's sports programs and they are reasonably priced! Thank you, you all rock.

Perfect ski rental!! People here are very nice! I am a very beginner and the skis and boots they provided are really suitable and comfortable, and with a good price.

PK’s hooked us up with a rental for 2 kids bikes, and were super accommodating in the return. We had a blast taking our kids to the Hailey Bike Park. The beginner pump track was perfect for our almost 5 year olds (and even 3 year old on a balance bike) to practice on.

Will return again!

Super friendly and accommodating staff. They just want you to have a great time. Excellent gear and service. Fair prices. They won’t try to squeeze you for more money. Hands down one of the best ski/snowboard shops in the Rockies. We will definitely rent from them again.

First time to purchase ski boots, We shopped around a bit + found ourselves at PK’s. We enjoyed our experience @ PK’s.

Michael was very helpful, honest, authentic with assisting us with finding the best fit boot, socks and explaining functions and fit. We also had our skis get a new ski tune up. Our boots were custom thermal fit + snug to our liking.

Boots are reasonably priced and customer service was five stars. Thanks for such a great experience. Will be back!

Best ski shop in the Valley. Hands down the most real experienced knowledgeable staff. They will never try to over sell you the expensive product, just the product you need. They won't try to fleece you for an extra penny, they just want you to have a great time outdoors. Thanks for helping me pick out the right boots, you guys Rock!

Great equipment, knowledgeable ski-pro staff, super customer service. Came in this morning after having rented skis and boots yesterday. Was going to try a different demo, but after seeing closed runs and avalanche warning decided to ski tomorrow instead of today. They were more than accommodating, I was in and out dropping off yesterday’s equipment, and look forward to coming back tomorrow to try out some powder boards!

My friends and I were up from sunny CO for some time on the trails in Idaho. I had some brake issues that needed to be fixed on my Santa Cruz Hightower. From the second I called on the phone and spoke with Katie I knew this was the place. Her friendly attitude and obvious willingness to go above and beyond to help me was outstanding. Add in the expertise of Zach and the quickness/efficiency by which he returned the bike to me and I was sold on the shop. This was a 10/10 experience with both Zach and Katie and I would 100% head back to the shop in the future.

We got our equipment from PK during spring break when the mountain was closing down. The staff was incredible helpful and worked with us on the days skied. Definitely top notch and professional.

Needed a ski binding adjustment. Called around several places in Ketchum and Hailey, and found the best prices at Paul Kenny's. Ski servicing is located in the rental shop (down the block from the PK's clothing/sporting goods store). Staff was extremely patient and helpful, (especially I think his name is Brian?). I had some very specific questions about bindings, as I was trying to find something that would still be adequate from the local thrift stores, which in the winter are full of skis. They were extremely helpful, and even gave me the "friend's and family discount" because I was having multiple skis serviced (and just because they were feeling nice I think). Definitely an inviting family-run feel to this business.

PKs is your go to ski shop in Sun Valley. They had my family outfitted in gear in no time. It is clear everyone here is very knowledgeable and on top of that incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend!

World Class. After several family ski trips to various resorts and renting ski gear at each stop, I can unequivocally say that PK's was the best experience I have ever had. The gear was top notch and only trumped by the service.
