Sephora is my beauty haven, and Tyler made the experience even better! Super helpful and knowledgeable, he guided me to the perfect products. The variety and quality at Sephora are unmatched, but it's the fantastic staff like Tyler that keeps me coming back.

Hello, this is Vivian! I had an incredible experience at Sephora. I visited the store to have my makeup done by Khristy for my date later in the afternoon, and her makeup skills were absolutely stunning. Thanks to her, my makeup looked amazing!

Amazing is the word to describe Wade and the service provided. My make-up was perfect & i looked & felt beautiful at my nieces wedding. You were so patient with me & you explained what each product does when applying them. Wade thank you so much 🌺

They give great make up tips. My makeup was good for a moment. However, make sure you try before you buy! The eye base and shadow that I tried, creased after 2 hours.

Jessica who works at this location is AMAZING! Every time I’ve gone in and workers look past me she is always so attentive and asks if I’m doing okay. She has helped me countless times and given the best advice. On top of having tons of product knowledge she never makes me feel pressure to purchase anything (which is so refreshing). She always listens to my needs and gives me many options to what fits best for what I’m looking for. I surely hope she gets compensated for her incredible service, if you ever find yourself at this location ask for her!

I really love this Sephora vs the other location in the outlet mall. The associates are enthusiastic and happy to chat and help recommend products that met our needs. We felt confident making purchases with the customer service we were provided.
Lisa was very knowledgeable and professional, making our experience pleasant and informative. She was very kind and personable, and she has made such a positive impression that we will be returning to this Sephora for future purchases. She helped me find a palette which I had believed was sold out in store, that was actually set aside in items to be put back out. She also let us know more details about our current account and the rewards program.
This Sephora is very clean and organized with attentive staff and such a huge selection of products that would otherwise be online only, such as Tom Ford, Gucci and Pat Mcgrath cosmetics. This Sephora can meet all your cosmetics needs and more!

TLDNR: Quinn is a 15/10 Beauty Advisor and I have so much appreciation and respect for their dedication and artistry in using makeup and skincare products. I do not use makeup, but now I'm the caretaker for my aunty and I want to help her look and feel confident. Quinn helped me learn a lot about how to help do makeup and my Aunty learned about new products that she now loves. Def will re-book again in the future! =)

So...what had happened was....I was helping my aunty get some advice on different beauty products and we decided to get an appointment for the 75 minute Beauty Lesson. I was a little apprehensive because past experiences when we asked for advice at other retailers and department stores had been rushed, and the employee would be a little impatient, or unnecessarily pushy with selling products or would not take my aunty's feedback into consideration when talkin about makeup. It was my 1st time at Sephora, so I wasn't quire sure what to expect.

BUT then we got to our 11AM appointment and the world's kindest soul showed up with smile and a cheerful greeting to my aunty and me. Quinn was patient with Aunty who was a little shy at first, but quickly warmed up to Quinn's sincerity and enthusiasm.

We got to go over all of Aunty's questions and talked about techniques on how to use new products that were introduced and sampled right then and there. It's over 5 hours later and Aunty's makeup still looks picture perfect and she says she feels "so pampered and taken care of". Seeing my aunty get the kind and respectful help she hoped for, having the quality products be available for us to purchase, and having Aunty be stoked for the rest of the day is completely worth it. Mahalo piha to Quinn for all your help and aloha. Anyone considering getting useful tips and techniques can feel confident that Sephora's Beauty Lessons are where it's at.

I appreciate how the employees try to get me in and out as quickly as possible. One of the employees gave lots of suggestions and product recommendations which helped me choose out a great holiday gift as quickly as possible. Not like I was in a rush, but I like a smooth transition from browsing to purchasing. Also the employees are very friendly and down to earth!!!

My favorite store with all the good stuff! Rebecca rang me up today, and she was sweet as can be! Super efficient, friendly, and helpful!

Absolutely love this store, everyone is so friendly. First time coming here and I’ve never been so welcomed before. Thank you wade for helping me. I went to Ulta and they gave me a foundation 3 times darker than me. Wade helped me out quick and informed on some make up while color matching me. Hes amazing.

Staff are very friendly and ready to assist you (don't give them attitude, ok? Covid sucks and they do their best to accomodate). I'm really glad they can finally do samples again because I've been wanting to get a perfume but I couldn't decide since I am the type the needs to spray it on me to test if it'll work with my body chemistry. Thanks much for staying open!

Impeccable service. The place was so packed, not even an inch of room. But everyone was attentive, pleasant, and helpful in finding what I needed. I spent way more than I intended. Absolutely love the staff.

Today November 4 , 2020 I was squatting down where Makeup Forever Mascara was , it was on the bottom. I went to open the waterproof marked blue on the packaging
And a guy worker he looks Filipino has told me they took out the bristles. I asked him is the mascara blue? He had said No they are all black. I also asked, What is the difference between waterproof and regular ? does waterproof hold curl longer? He then also got on my level squatting and told me waterproof is more strong and he was explaining how it is like hair gel. I said I understand and Thanked him. I know he works at Sephora long time now and he is very patient. He went above and beyond to help me and got to the level I was on to talk to me. Thank you for always being nice and helpful , I am sorry I don't know your name but I remember your face.
