Justin was very knowledgeable about mattress choices and helped us select from a wide range of options available in the showroom. With the selection in store we were able to try different models. Good experience.

We were greeted by Christopher and he was very pleasant right from the beginning. We told him that we were interested in a mattress that wasn’t too expensive because the bed is for guests and it would be used only few days every couple of months. He explained the difference types which was very helpful. After trying three or four mattress’s we decided on a hybrid that was to our liking . Christopher was great and we were appreciative that he didn’t pressure us and was very knowledgeable of the products that Mattress Firm has in their inventory.

I had a great experience with Mattress Firm in Arden from
start to finish. I have been having back problems with too soft a bed and needed to fox this. Christopher was my sleep expert and asked me sleep related questions to determine which beds I should lay down on to try. After trying out several different beds in the store for back support and comfort, I selected the one I thought was best. It is getting delivered in a couple of days. If I don’t like the way I sleep on it, I can return it for a different one. I like their friendly but informative approach with no pressure. Just what I was looking for. R. Miller

I had a great experience as a first-time premium mattress buyer here. I was finally ready to upgrade and knew I wanted to buy at a brick and mortar where I could physically try the mattress first and who could deliver/install the frame & mattress for me. I worked with Justin, and he made things easy and seamless. Decisiveness is not my strong suit, and I didn't know precisely what I was looking for, but he was very patient and flexible. The delivery crew were quick and on-time, and I've ended up with a great set-up.

I recently purchased a new bed from Mattress Firm and had the pleasure of working with Justin. He was very knowledgeable as he's been with the company for quite some time. I was able to walk out with the mattress of my preference and stay within my budget. Also had some great conversation as Justin is down to Earth and had many funny stories to share. 10/10, I recommend this place! Great staff at this location. A visiting trainer helped my partner and I make our first big mattress purchase. She was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. She took the time to walk us through recommendations and find a mattress that fit our needs and budget. She even went above and beyond to stay late to help us complete our purchase. A month later, we’re still loving our purple mattress!

The buying experience was absolutely wonderful. My mother just came out of the hospital and needed an adjustable bed. The one advertised was affordable, but too small for our needs. They found a used one for me in their warehouse and I was absolutely extactic.

One of the delivery guy who put the frame together was exceptionally professional and kind. Main reason this review is bumped to a 5 star. My house was super messy from going to the ICU back and forth. He made sure to only look at what he was doing and not gaze around the house. Made me feel very relieved. His warm and extra kind personality was the grace I needed for a hectic day.
