I just bought a vehicle at the brand new Sycamore location. Was impressed with the attention to my specific needs and happy to get financing that I needed. Jake was personable and enjoyable to work with, as was the entire team. I liked the trade I got on my old vehicle, too. When the coffee maker wasn't working, Jake bought me a coffee nearby. We had a great experience at the Sycamore dealership! They gave us a very decent price for my trade in and worked very hard to get us where we wanted to be with payments. Jake, Ross, and everyone we worked with were awesome! The windshield on the vehicle we purchased had been cracked and we had not noticed it until the day after we purchased it (it was hard to see it in the area behind the mirror) We made a call and they got it replaced for us and also had it completely detailed. We have been very happy with the Nissan Murano we purchased and with the service we received. Thanks so much guys! You are awesome!

I found the needle in a haystack that i had been endlessly searching for at Majeski motors. And i couldn't have asked for a better salesman to deal with then Vinny. He was easy to work with, transparent & fair when they were not able to get the parts in time to put in the level kit we had agreed be included in the purchase price. Taking the cost for me to get it done back home off the final price. Also very accommodating which was a huge factor for me since i live over 600 miles from this dealership!! It was just an overall great experience i would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a newer used vehicle.

No wierd high pressure tactics. The nicest, most honest people to work with, from the first person who responded to my internet inquiry to the last paper signed at the Rochelle location. Very thankful I found them.
