Starbucks

My drink tasted great and just like it does at every other Starbucks! I went inside to order and was pretty impressed with the store. It's nice and open, lots of seating and was very clean. The cashier (wish I would have gotten her name!) was super friendly and sweet. After I placed my order and paid, I went and used the bathroom really fast and was pleasantly surprised to find my drink already made and waiting for me at the pickup counter once I came back out. Service was great and super fast, even though the drive-thru line was a bit long. I sat in my car with my drink for a few minutes before heading out and noticed that the drive-thru line, although kind of long, never stopped moving. I will definitely be back to this location!

Not only is my order always correct there, the wonderful team helped with my gender reveal for my rainbow baby. Please give them all a raise!!

All the workers are doing fantastic! This is a brand new location with new employees, everyone else leaving terrible reviews doesn’t seem to have much patience. Keep up the great work!

For a brand new store, they're doing amazing! Staff is friendly and working as fast and accurately as possible :)

Great for less crowded other than one by Pine Tree Plaza.

Service was very slow considering not to many people in the store. Not impressed for being a brand new store.

I asked the lady at the register if they took cash and she said no. When i came back in line with a card, the exact lady was taking cash from another person and there was a cash register.

Worst service here. 2 young girls and a guy working, joking, swearing, talking bad about their manager that doesn't know what she is doing, saying she sends people home early when busy. Didn't greet me. I waited 15 minutes for 2 order ahead drinks. 3 girls ordered in store and left before my drinks were even started. This location is a joke. The workers were talking about the place is trashed, yet they weren't cleaning😒 drinks are decent, but definitely better service at Humes location. I also paid for the cups with caramel on 1 and mocha on the other, and neither have it.

How do you mess up hot cocoa? Ask Starbucks, because they succeeded with flying colors. I waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru with exactly 3 cars in front of me to get less than mediocre hot cocoa. Swiss Miss in water would taste better than what I was served. Save your money and time— don’t bother with this location. Better yet— just go to Dunkin’.

Service is slow and the drive-thru attendant pulled her hand away almost dropping my order because she seemed dismayed to have her hand near the hand of a person of color. So that is great. I love my coffee and I'm diverse in my beverages, I purchase daily and I but between Chicago and Madison weekly. This store does not make it well. It's very slow. 15 minutes in the drive through waiting for a mobile order is not the experience I was expecting and I could not go in because the drive-thru was back-to-back cars. I won't come to this one again unless to address the microaggression I experienced.

I have been here twice and both times my drinks tasted like chemicals! I have been trying to call the store all day and I just keep getting a busy signal! Out of the 6 drinks I have ordered only one tasted like it does everywhere else! That is really sad! Secondly they are very slow! Not even busy and you sit at the window and just wait!! If a member of the management sees this I would like to talk with you.

Mocha Frappuccino was terrible. All I tasted was burnt coffee. I should have tasted it before I left the drive thru. Was already home.
I should have gone back. Deerfield Starbucks is the best. Maybe one of their baristas can give some lessons at this new place. Won't be going back there again. The only positive I can say is the barista at the window was very pleasant.
