Garden Center at The Home Depot

Outstanding cashier named Rachel extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Home Depot needs to clone her and use for training others.

This store is all about which people you get. Half the time I get the most knowledgeable and helpful people. The other half of the time I get clueless and uncaring associates. I only wish there was a way to let HD corporate know which was which so the really good ones could get acknowledged and rewarded. Also, sometimes you get the great people dealing with not so great Inventory and Point of Sale systems which only seem to work about 80% of the time. Generally the store is clean and well stocked. Customer Service does a good job with handling returns and service order lookups with not much wait time even if there is a line. Bottom line, learn who the goto, helpful experts are and hope their systems aren't offline.

We shop at this garden center because it is convenient to our home. Pricing could be better, but service has always been good. Very helpful when needing help with loading.

Had all that needed. But the rose 🌹 bushes didn't look strong vibrant enough.

Nice variety of plants, and there's usually an attendant to help you out.

It's very difficult to get anyone to assist you at this Home Depot in Peachtree City
