Verlo Mattress

We have bought bedding from them for 25 years. Amazing service. Excellent bedding. Competitive prices. The greatest thing is if at any time even 10 years later you need your bed adjusted to be softer harder or whatever for a comfortable fee they will take that bed apart and rebuild it. If you need a heavy king size mattress turned for a very small fee they will come out turn it for you and they're really nice.

Jim J. was friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. And they were able to build my custom mattress and deliver it in one week's time. The delivery people were kind and respectful of my home. My mattress is exactly how I wanted it. Five stars from start to finish!

On a Saturday I ordered a mattress set. It was delivered on Wednesday. After the delivery fellas left, I noticed a small flaw and emailed the salesman, with a picture. He called me within an hour and made arrangements to have it repaired. The next day, the Mchenry plant manager called to say they would deliver a new mattress that day.
I think this is amazing customer service and I could ask for nothing more.

Our new bed delivery was perfect, Corey and his father, Mike, delivered our purchase during the designated time and removed our old set and frame. They were friendly and very efficient.

This is a great mattress place! Had a guest stay over from out of state and they asked where we got our mattress because it was so comfortable, they wanted to get one! One of the few places that sells all foam - no springs. They can also make it specific to your preferences, firm or soft. They customer service is fantastic. Thanks Tom and delivery person Corey! Love the guarantee that if the mattress breaks down they will repair with a charge for moving/ returning.

Customer Service was outstanding! I had been struggling to find a custom sized mattress for an antique bed and Tom knew exactly what I needed. I gave measurements, send a few photos and everything was taken care of. Reasonable priced, very professional delivery guys, mattress and box spring were a perfect fit. Will 100% call again.

We have been going for years to Verlo whenever we need a new mattress. They are friendly, have more services that other bed companies,and a cheaper delivery fee. Things that might happen to the mattress that would void warranties elsewhere, don't void them with Verlo. The prices are also lower for the same or better quality product. They make their mattresses locally and they are not a chain. The sales people rotate working in the store and in the factory so they know the product backwards and forwards.

We are impressed with the quality and the fact that all mattresses are custom made. And, then we bought a mattress for our home.
