I came late for my appt. Andrew was able to accomodate me. Could use some hot coffee/ hot tea for customers-- Minn in December. Even cold water would be good!! Or direct people to Denny's, around the corner!!

Came in prepared to drop &500+ on tires and got told my partner and I didn't need to spend that and needed just one tire and a few reseals on the rims. A blessing!!

Lance helped us after a flat tire last minute on a Friday night right as he was about to close shop. Zack helped fix our tire and filled up our other tires. They both were so fun and kind. They helped us in a pinch and we could not be more grateful. Thanks so much guys!

My daughter goes to cosmetology school across the street from this location. While she was driving to school one day, she had problems with her car and called my husband in a panic. She got to school safely - just in time. We reached out to your company, and we just can't say enough good things about Andrew and the other employee who was working so hard that day with him. They were short staffed and had a full schedule that day, but they willingly and generously allowed my daughter to drop it off so it could be checked out before my daughter had to make the trek home. After assessing the situation with the car, they found a small hose had detached, which was creating the problem my daughter was experiencing. They fixed the problem, gave us a ring to give us an update. We paid the small fee, and my daughter had her car back. Thank you, Andrew, for going above and beyond for our family and making us customers who will return to this location! We sincerely appreciate your excellent customer service, attention to detail and care for our situation! Thank you!

Called them up to see how much to re torque some lug nuts and after a solid price of 5 billion each lug nut (joking!) my issue that I thought was gonna be huge was resolved super fast and easy!

I didn't like the first set of tires placed on my car. I brought my car back immediately and Ike assisted me with what I wanted exactly with no problem. I was also charged a very reasonable price for the type of factory tires I wanted. He ordered the tires on a Saturday and got right back to me on that following Monday! Overall, all the guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the work and dedication into replacing my front tire set. I also was over charged than what I was quoted originally, but I brought my receipts back and was refunded the difference with no problem! Ike took credibility for his mistake and was very apologetic and that worked out just fine for me. From now on, I will only bring my car to the Firestone Maplewood MN location. Great job guys!!!!!!!!

These guys are doing an awesome job! Even with the whole world being short-staffed, including these guys, they do the best they can with who they have, and I really appreciate that. It's best to make an appointment, but if you have something go wrong like I did, give them a call, and if you can drop it off, they will get to it. I called yesterday and got lucky and they had a few openings today, so I just made sure I got there right in the morning and they were able to fit me in between their other appointments, find out what was wrong and help me take care of it. That's all I ask So thank you! Firestone for your wonderful customer service and you're great knowledge in cars. Because without you, I wouldn't have a car right now 🙂

Fixed a problem with my transfer case and explained everything!

Most likely because of the warranty company but I had to go in twice to get my services done on my new used car. And still have to go back to get the check engine light off so I can get inspected to drive for Uber.

Hello: Last Wednesday I had a tire that was no longer repairable due to the large piece of metal that was introduced, I was looking in other workshops but they did not find the tire I was looking for, so I went to this place and I was attended by Alex who could Finding the tire that I was looking for, he ordered it and installed it for me even though he was very busy working on other cars, besides he was very kind and solved my problem. I definitely recommend this place
