Levin Mattress Cranberry

I came to Levin with my my fiancé to look for furniture for our recently purchased home. Ended up purchasing a living room sofa set as well as a bedroom set and mattress. The place is so well set up for you to imagine everything you like in your home. Customer service is excellent and we were able to get an excellent deal.

Laurie Boggs was our sales person and she was very kind and patient while we look through things. Do yourself a favor and ask for her when shopping at this location she’ll take care of you.

I can't say enough about what a great experience I had at the cranberry location. I went in with my mind set on one thing and was shown so many better options and ended up with something completely different and (hopefully!) the perfect mattress for my sleeping issues. Tom at the Cranberry Levin Mattress store was so knowledgeable and really let us take our time flipping back and forth between different mattresses until we found the right one. We went to 3 or 4 mattress stores and he was the least pushy out of everyone we spoke to. He took his time explaining all the warranties and patiently answered our questions. Would definitely recommend!

We couldn’t of had a better experience buying a mattress with Tom. He did a great job helping us pick a mattress within our price range. He was there if we needed to ask questions, but didn’t pressure us. Would definitely recommend Tom and would buy a mattress from him again.

I don’t like to shop, especially for a boring item like a mattress. But these guys were great, they actually made the experience fun and informative. I purchased a mattress for a guest bedroom and explained it would only be used several times a year.The staff directed me to mattresses in the mid range of prices and explained the pros and cons. A nice shopping experience.

Visited store twice. Each time the person who waited on me was terrific. Explained my problem and sales person (Jim) took time each visit to explain and help me each time. Changed mind on first visit, Second visit picked exactly what I needed and bought. I will recommend this store to everyone.

Mary was extremely helpful in guiding me to the right choice of mattress for myself. She was effectively able to manage 3 sets of customers at the same time without an issue. When questions were asked that she could not answer, she made a quick phone call to get the answer. I had to come back a second day to finalize my choice and both Mary and Tom were helpful to complete the order. Highly recommend this store!

My husband and I knew the brand we wanted when we went to the store, and Mary guided us through our choices. The Memorial Day sale resulted in high dollar savings for us. Tom Grom was excellent in showing us exactly what we wanted. We purchased S&F Estate Firm Queen (which was the first one he recommended - we tried about 7). Delivery was the next day, how often does that happen? The men who delivered were experienced and efficient. The mattress is perfect! We only regret no sale price!

We almost purchased a matress on Amazon and we were a little hesitant to stop into a mattress store, but thank God we did.
