Jack in the Box

I placed the order on the app and received a 20% off my order. I called regarding a question and was very surprised they answered and were very polite. Picked up my order without any problems. Food was hot, individually wrapped and bagged for each person. I ordered the chicken tenders, which I devoured, food and fries were hot and very tasty. I highly recommend. Great customer service and great food.

Very impressed.
Clean dining area, clean restrooms, all employees in uniform and very friendly. They were even happily working and talking as they worked together. Very harmonious. Food was great. Made to order, hot, and delicious all delivered to my table by an employee. Nice to not have my name yelled out to go pick up at the counter. Bonus : Have the Coke machine with endless combinations for YOUR choice of drink.

I wanted to far for special breakfast sandwich. They were out of the bagels so I asked them if they could put it on a bun. I was rudely told no we don’t do that. I just didn’t feel valued as a customer when I was told that.

Just went for a late night snack for me and my daughters we got shakes and mini churros and that is a craving cure!! So yummy like dessert 🤤🤤!

Drive thru at Midnight....great...food hot ...associates friendly....

Their tacos are addicting and their customer service is always good.

When I'm craving chicken tenders, Jack in the Box is the ONLY way I can satisfy that craving! My favorite thing to get there used to be the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger (no mayonnaise, no tomato) for a long time, but when my stomach shrank, I knew I wouldn't be able to eat the whole burger, so I tried their 6 piece Crispy Chicken Tenders and absolutely fell in love with the flavor! I don't even use any dipping sauces for them because they are THAT GOOD!!! The employees are ALWAYS nice/sweet when I go through the drive-thru and they've always been nice the few times I've actually been inside the restaurant. The restaurant and restrooms always look clean, which is a HUGE plus when you need to stop to use the restroom at a moments notice! I really don't have anything bad to say about this specific Jack in the Box, though I wish Kingsburg still had one, but Robertito's is great, too, especially if you're craving an authentic Mexican flavor! This Jack in the Box gets 5 stars from me for their cleanliness, friendliness, and flavor!

Sofia showed the greatest customer service I ve seen at Jack. Very helpful and recomend you to stop for lunch dinner and breakfast.

We go to Jack in the box almost every day. Just because it's only 2 of us convenient, prices are good for 2 . Just don't get to carried away. Bathrooms are always clean, they have nice hot water, yeah has anyone wondered why most places you go have there hot water completely shut off? What's up with that? All we want is to have either our hands clean and nice and warm. So, thank you Jack! It's appreciated. Employee's are kind, and patience with customers, even if we all sometimes are not with them. Thank you for that too. Getting your food in a timely matter well drive thru sucks on the night shift. Well that's about it. Thanks so much.

For Jack in the box, this location was well kept, very clean, and the employees were very welcoming. It was a late night visit on a Sunday night on my way home from Central California. The moment I walked with my family, I was greeted, not by one, but by all employees that I could see. The cashier politely took our order, gave us our drinks, and once our food was complete she brought it to us.

I really think that other locations should learn from this one, others I've visited don't greet you, deliver your food to the table, not are they as clean as this location. For the owner or manager of this location, I want to thank you for the way your employees are very welcoming and keep this place clean. For us that travel a lot, this is very important not to walk into a trashy location that is not kept up to standard.

a very consistent drive thru Jack. haven't been inside in a few years so I can't comment on that. The drive thru always get my orders correct. And they are nice about explaining or giving you something extra if there is a bit of a wait during a lunch rush.

Nice and clean resturant. The drive thru is open 24 hours a day all week long and the lobby is open for dining until 2am . Its gotta suck to work there but the staff was very nice and I got my food very quicky. I would definitely suggest this resturant if you're looking for a quick bite to eat.

Food is always consistent and service is fast even when you come very late at night and order a lot. I never have to check my bags to make sure I received everything I order unlike McDonald's 😒

Selma Jack in the Box sometimes we die in the end sometimes we go through the drive-through order are food on the menu stop bad on the price food is good even if it's fast food and the prices are outstanding good places to eat on the go

Took my nephew to jack in the box this evening the drive thru young man was so professional and well mannered we need more people like him I called the store and let his manager know,, Thank You Reyes for great customer service.

Slow drive thru bcuz they make everything fresh. The employees are great & so nice thru-out the entire ordering process. Very friendly.

What can u say there great the food is always hot and great the orders are always correct. Go here u will not be unhappy for sure
