A great place to shop for parts. I come in tell them the year, make, and model of my car and they help me right away! If they don’t have the part in stock they order it for me and I just pick it up later! Very helpful and funny people!!!

A big shout out to Elvis, and Bryan! These two guys were very courteous and helpful first thing on a Sunday morning. I came in stressed and uncertain about the correct fix, and both of them showcased their knowledge, and professionalism in a timely manner. Very grateful for their assistance to get me back on the road.

I used to shop regularly at this location but I stopped because of the manager that took over this store a few months back. He was unprofessional and rude but on Monday I needed some parts. Napa had to order them so I HAD NO CHOICE but to walk in to auto zone and was extremely shocked and impressed by the knowledge and patience the new female manager had. I say new because this is the first time I’ve met her. I wasn’t able to get her name but she had everything I needed and got me in and out of there in a jiffy. I’ll be shopping here once again.

Just wanted to say that your customer service rep, Juan got all my parts correct on the first try and also directed me to the correct problem for my truck. This young man knows exactly what he is doing behide the counter and phones. Just wanted to say he did an awesome job. Thanks Juan 👍👍

Went there because my after market light went out. Saturday... Your employee went above and beyond... He showed us how to get the light bulb out and put the new one in showing us.

Quick and easy service i was in and out in a matter of minutes. I had a light out on my vehicle i went a head and swapped it out for the new one. And now it's good as new. Definitely coming back for future purchases.

I'm a senior citizen and the representatives at Auto Zone are always ready to help me such as adding oil to my vehicle or changing a turning light bulb. I was there the other day because my engine light went on and the young associate used a sensor light to determine what was wrong and found the problem. They are a wonderful bunch and I couldn't say enough .

Nice manager. This guy always helps me when I come here and always gets the parts and stuff that I need right when I go down the street to O'Reilly's they really don't care but I'm impressed with this guy's service bryans his name

I had radiator trouble and went in worried. Maira the Manager was a Rockstar! She steered me to the right product, put it in my car for me and gave a great pep talk and recommendations! Thank you Maira! It's awesome to see a smart woman in charge!!

AutoZone is the place in Selma if you would like professional services in the car parts and mechanic questions department. The employees at this particular Auto Zone are very helpful and always courteous, never rude. These employees always greet you with a smile....

Jacob the store manager was very helpful and went beyond his duty helping me. I felt he was not misleading on his products and did not try to sell me some part I did not need.
