Great staff, great collection, no Hassles, even for those of us getting boots paid for by work. Big thanks to George for helping out with reshaping my hat.

I've been looking everywhere for long sleeve carhartt hoddie shirts, I finally found them here at the selma boot barn.
They have a big selection of brands to choose from.

Great customer service. We were able to find the perfect pair of boots for our daughter. It is her 1st pair and they made the experience great with lots of knowledge about how to find the perfect fit and style. We went back a few days later and got work boots for our son. Great experience both times!

Although I live in Fresno, this location was well worth the drive! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It is significantly larger than my local store and the clearance selection was very impressive. I'm not the easiest customer so, when the staff remained professional AND courteous, I was impressed. I will be going back. OFTEN!!

This boot barn is the best in the valley vet very clean and the staff is amazing. It's never super busy so you feel like you are able to walk around without being in the way of anyone else. It always smells so amazing when you walk in there to lol..

Having been deployed to over 33 countries,I believe it gives me a decent amount of experience in judging how the employees do they're jobs...

Let's just say, it's dangerous to take me to Boot Barn, lol! I love to look at all the clothes and they usually have a pretty good selection of cute women's clothes, plus an acceptable range of sizes. Unfortunately, they don't have much, if anything, for plus size women's clothing and that's disappointing, but I know not every apparel store is going to have plus sized clothing. Also, they have a really AMAZING smelling cologne out right now that I can't remember the name of, but thought I would add that small tidbit of information.

I have to share my story...I had been struggling for boots for my daughter because of her wide calves and I was hesitant to go to Boot Barn because I did not want to make my daughter feel bad by someone making a rude comment: So I pushed my luck and walked in there, the moment we walked in Yesenia walks up to us, greets us and asked if she could help and made us feel right at home explained our situation and she just goes no worries, I can help and started bringing my daughter one boot after another she went way out of her way to and took care of us. She is awesome she even help me with the price range. .. She is GREAT!!!!.. Yesenia and on a personal note :Keep up with you humbleness and your great service it will open a lot of doors for you. And for Boot Barn you guys are Blessed with this beautiful young lady... Thank you Yesenia

Great experiences with Selma's Boot Barn!
I was able to get help from a young gentleman on 5/31/19, who was able to look up on their in store Kiosk, to see if a boot no longer available in store, was still available online (which they were). Then by the time I tried on that Brand to order correct size, a young lady, helped me by putting in the order for me on the Kiosk.
They emailed me a confirmation on the order & possible delivery date.
They were to be shipped directly to their store (sometime between 6/10 - 6/13), for me to pick up).
I didn't ever receive a confirmation of delivery however, but while in Selma on 6/25, decided to check with someone there about if they could give me any info (hoping that they were no longer in stock).
Well, another employee by the name of Julie, called to find out for me....
And low & behold, my boots had come in, they just didn't show my phn # on the order, to call me to tell me they had received the shipment.
I Definitely Recommend shopping local @ the Selma Boot Barn, due to Excellent Customer Service there!!❤❤❤❤❤

I have bought boots from Boot Barn every year for the last 4 years minimum. I always find what i need and I Love they dont get pushy and they give a Military discount. 👍

This is the second Boot Store that I have found to be very welcoming and friendly. Sioux Falls, South Dakota was the other store that was friendly and helpful. All the others that I have been in, especially the Fresno CA store was the worst.

They have so many great items. I wanted 1 of everything

Helpful staff. My very picky Husband found a pair of Cowboy Boots he finally liked and they were on sale! After 2 years of searching.
