McDonald's

I ordered breakfast and the young lady who had taken my order didn’t hear me say I needed two McMuffins. Technically, it was my fault for telling her the order was correct when it wasn’t. When I got to the window I let the young lady know and she said she couldn’t charge me and I needed to go to the back of the line. I immediately asked for the manager and Elaine came and asked me what I needed. She didn’t question me or give me any attitude, she just added the extra McMuffin to my order. Although the cashier was rude, I really appreciated Elaine for fixing the situation and making it right without any hesitation. Thank you Elaine! :)

First of all, the person taking orders was not doing a good job, she took two orders from one lane, then asked for mine. But went back to the other lane. It took four tries to place my order of one LG coke. The girl who took my money gave me to much money back. And the guy who finally got my coke didn't know what to do with the change I returned. I don't think I will be back soon.

Order was wrong ,was unsweetened tea not what I ordered and asked for double quarter pounder, i was a single

Couldn't catch a fish in the river. So have to hit Mickey d's

I will always choose McDonald's, I love them there always quick, there nice and very helpful and if your arms are full and they see you walking to leave they'll always ask can I help you, do you need help to your car there very polite people. They have great service.

We love McDonalds for its consistent quality standards. You know exactly what you will get as you walk into any one, anywhere. Real boon when traveling!

Expect a long line if you plan on useing the Drive- Thru option to order on the go, but the Drive-Thru service isn't effected by the long line in the drive- thru their pretty sufficient and fast in getting prompt orders in a quick timely manner ...

Food was cold too long of a line service could have been better. Cashier bad mood when I asked her a question.

Busy location. Food taste fresher and better than most McDonald's. They missed part of our order but took care of us. Happy to come back here any time for fast food.

I came here and got two sausage McMuffins with egg no muffin lol yes no muffin I am on a keto diet and I love sausage McMuffins with egg and even though I don't get the muffin it's still curbs my craving for sausage McMuffins they're so delicious and their coffee is always great!!!

Best McDonald's around. I come from Fowler to get Selma McDonald's because the service is absolutely great and even if long lines always fast and courteous. Food is always hot and fresh. Crew and managers are awesome

I came through on 8/30/2020 around 1:00pm and there was a long line in the drive thru. There were probably 4 or 5 cars behind me. There were a couple of people that thought they had the right to cut. Such entitlement. I wanted to write this because I want to say how well the GM (Jenifer) took care of the situation. This showed me how Selma McDonald's will not tolerate such rude people just for the sake of business. Thank you McDonald's and thank you Jennifer

I went on a quiet Tuesday morning. They were fast, the place was clean and the furniture is nice. It's set up like a little cafe. The play area in the back looks nice with roomier tables back there.

They always have a smile for you as your ordering from the menu people are so curious there and the place is really clean maybe show you how to use the machine for the soda I'm old-school so you know what I'm saying if you're old school also

Thank you selma McDonald's! I was extremely tired from a late night/ early morning service call. I stopped by to get breakfast and i forgot to order my kids orange juice. At the second window, I asked the girl handing me my food if i can place a seperate order as i forgot my kids drinks. She handed me 2 extra orange juices, said its on me! Thank you guys so much! It's the little things.

It's been really great last 15 months. thank you Selma Mc Donald Team. I try to order from the App to help their crew. But since I'm ordering for over 20 items and the 20th item is a limit. The app freezes up I can't finish . so I just go through the drive-through. McDonald's Tech Dept you should look into why put a 20 per piece item limit on the app. I had 20 extra hash Browns alone. 8 big Pancake Breakfast, 2 egg Biscuit , 6 Egg Mc Muff 2 for$4 .00. So again the app has a 20 item limit. Anyway Next time I'll have to submit 2 Separate orders

Driving from Hanford to Selma I thought I'll just go by McDonald's and get a tea. They have the best filet fish it's the best. My parents would take us to buy hamburgers and fries then go to the park, those were the good old days. I recommend this place to family and friends.

Love this place been coming here since I was younger. Every now and then they do mess up the order but they will be more then happy to fix there mistake.
